Loved it! We felt very pampered!
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with A nice breakfast and snacks all afternoon. Our room had a river view and a huge bathroom. Location is very walkable to many of the sights. Staff was so nice and helpful! We highly recommend to anyone staying in Lisbon!

Cons:

There was nothing we didn’t like! Everything was perfect!

Lovely boutique hotel
Pros:

Wondeful quiet hotel. Totally a vintage boutique hotel. Pretty quiet street, at least for the two nights we stayed compared to the other Lisbon hotels. Front desk and other staff very helpful, speaking English. There is a small parkade under the hotel with an entrance around back. The parkade holds about 4 cars and you have to ring a bell for someone to open the garage door every time. There is a small parkade fee i think about 19€ per day. Rooms and bathrooms are wonderful and very clean. The hotel has a common area with snacks, tea and coffee complimentary. Upstairs there is a pay self serve bar, quaint library, and open rooftop.

Hotel di grande charme, camere spaziose e pulite, personale molto gentile e giardino per la colazione delizioso. La terrazza con vista vale l’intero soggiorno

Ein wunderbarer Platz, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, schön gekleidet "wie im Film". Exzellentes Frühstück, das Buffet wurde sehr sorgsam immer wieder nachgefüllt und sauber gehalten. Kaffee und Kuchen den ganzen Tag über. Schönes Ambiente in einem historischen Haus, Marmorböden, Holzmöbel. Man fühlt sich in eine andere Zeit versetzt.

Cons:

Man hat am Abend recht laute Musik aus der Nachbarschaft gehört, das konnten auch die Fenster nicht ganz abschirmen.
Es war aber nicht wirklich störend laut.

Great experience, the staff, the food, the room, everything very nice!

Cons:

We stayed only 2 nights and the second day we expected to have housekeeping service for the room, when we came back we noticed that the room was not cleaned but not sure if there is any policy about this

Um hotel que é uma jóia escondida.
Pros:

Funcionários muito simpáticos e prestáveis. Pequeno almoço maravilhoso. Espaços comuns e quarto muito limpos e arejados. Cama muito confortável. Há uma grande atenção ao detalhe, o que faz com que nos sintamos muito bem-vindos.
Localização fantástica. Vamos voltar, de certeza!

Cons:

É difícil estacionar nas redondezas e o parque de estacionamento privado é muito pequeno.
