Clean and modern. Well connected
We had a wonderful stay! The property was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. Everything exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again!
Kiva, pieni huone, joka sopi meille. Ikkuna rauhalliselle sisäpihalle, ei parveketta. Ilmastointi oli helteellä hyvä ja sen sai itse pois päältä, kun tuli liian kylmää. Hotellin lähellä kahviloita ja ravintoloita sekä pieniä supermarketteja. Metroasemakin lähellä ja jos tyykkää katsella Pariisia kävellen, hotellin sijainti sopii siihenkin. Huonesiivous toimi joka päivä.
Hanasta ei saanut kylmää vettä ja juomiseen puoliksi lämmin ei ole kiva.
Ne-a placut atmosfera, in primul rand. Ne-am simtit exact ca acasa. Am venit epuizati si am gasit in camera un cadou dulce de bun-venit. Chiar ne-am simtit bine-veniti. Un gest mic, dar care a avut puterea de a ne schimba dispozitia complet. In plus, personalul, fara exceptie, a fost tot timpul cu zambetul pe buze si foarte disponibil, la orice solicitare am avut. Am ajuns mai devreme si am putut lasa bagajele la hotel, am fost intampinati cu prietenie si cu bunavointa. Fiul nostru, adolescent, a primit reducere la jumatate pentru micul dejun, care, proaspat si foarte bun, ne-a depasit, de asemenea, asteptarile. Paturile au fost confortabile, iar aerul conditionat ne-a facut sa uitam de caldura de afara. S-a facut curatenie zilnic, prosoapele ne-au fost schimbate chiar fara sa solicitam asta. Hotelul este aproape de gara si de mijloace de transport in comun. A fost...perfect! MULTUMIM pentru aceasta experienta! Cred ca ceea ce este bun trebuie promavat, de aceea am scriis atat. Evident, sper sa revenim curand si recomand calduros hotelul!

Secure entry with swipe access entry and reception. Lift access, room and air-con were all great. Short walk to two different metro lines, with some transfers needed to get to key tourist destinations.
People tend to loiter nearby in the late evening, which caused us to feel uneasy at times.

The reception staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.
Although the hotel is conveniently located close to the train station and metro, it is situated in an area where we did not feel safe. Don't be misled by the photos on Booking.com or the hotel's website, they are very different from reality. The building looks like an old property that has been superficially renovated, and the overall cleanliness was extremely disappointing. When we returned to our room, we found that the housekeeping staff had thrown the pillows onto the floor, placed our pajamas, which had been left on the bed, under a dusty duvet, and left them inside the bed. They had also thrown our bath towels onto our dirty suitcases that had been on the floor. This showed a complete lack of care for guests' belongings and basic hygiene. Overall, the cleanliness standards were unacceptable, and I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves both its housekeeping practices and hygiene standards.
