Great, worth rebooking
Pros:

Travelled for Venice Biennale, excellent location, 20 min walk to Arsenale site, supermarket within 10 minute walk. 5 min walk to San Marco for water bus.
Air con works fine, wonderful pillows, decent breakfast.

Cons:

Will be nice if we can have the strawberries back as welcome snack. The chocolate in the cookie was melting when I ripped the packet off due to the heat.

Excellent location. Junior suite was spacious, comfortable for family of 4. The canal view was really nice as a first time visitor to Venice.

Não acredite nas fotos que estão no booking
Pros:

O que salva o hotel é a localização. Realmente está bem próximo da Praça São Marcos. Outro ponto bom é ter a propria doca para chegar no hotel.

Cons:

As fotos que estão no booking enganam e não mostram a realidade.
O banheiro do meu quarto não tinha nem um terço do tamanho do da foto, o ralo do chuveiro não escoava a água do banho e com isso alagava tudo todos os dias.

Nous sommes ravies, l'emplacement géographique de l'hôtel, près de San Marco est très appréciable.
Pros:

L'emplacement de la chambre sur les canaux correspondait tout à fait à notre attente, c'était très agréable et romantique. Le petit déjeuner était correct. Nous n'avons pris aucun autre repas à l'hôtel.

Cons:

La salle de bain, trop petite ne s'inscrit pas dans un hotel 4 * et notamment dans une suite.
