Pros:

We liked the rooftop, AC, how big the room was, and that the room had conditioner and lotion in addition to shampoo and soap.

Cons:

Elevators were very very slow.

Del hotel me gustó todo, el trato del personal, la limpieza, la comodidad, el silencio, el desayuno y esta cerca de las atracciones de Madrid.

Pros:

Одличен хотел. Локација одлична. Собата пространа, исто и купатилото. Во собата што гледа на улица, мезанин,(Е24) доколку не е затворен прозорот се слуша бука од надвор и мора да се спие со затворен прозор. Инаку звучната изолација е одлична. Еркондишнот дува право накај креветот, т.е. баш во глава и тоа е малку проблематично. Одличен доручек. Персоналот љубезен.Го препорачувам хотелот.
п.с. Едно утро побаравме ланч пакет и беше навистона богат, а ние пријатно изненадени. Препорачувам да стават уште по еден пешкир за раце ( има по 1 за туширање и 1 за лице, ама нема за раце) во купатилото.

Buen hotel, pero el entorno desmerece la estancia
Pros:

La ubicación es buena, ya que puedes llegar andando en unos 10-15 minutos a la Gran Vía y a muchos de los lugares más emblemáticos de la ciudad. El hotel es muy céntrico, lo que facilita mucho moverse por Madrid. Además, el personal fue atento en todo momento y la limpieza de las instalaciones era muy buena.

Cons:

La estancia fue correcta, pero deberían revisar el entorno del hotel y buscar una solución junto con la Comunidad de Madrid. Justo enfrente hay un comedor social y durante todo el día hay personas pidiendo, además de un mercadillo improvisado por las mañanas. La zona se percibe sucia, con ambiente conflictivo y genera sensación de inseguridad.

Además, en la habitación donde nos alojamos se escuchaban muchos ruidos por la noche, como si movieran carros o estructuras metálicas, desde aproximadamente las 22:00 hasta bien entrada la madrugada, aunque no pudimos identificar exactamente de dónde provenían.

Cerca del corazón de Madrid
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, personal en general atento, aunque existió una sola persona en recepción que no devolvía los saludos, el resto muy atentos. Cerca de todo. Nos permitieron dejar las maletas hasta la hora de nuestro vuelo.

Cons:

Ruido que llega de otras habitaciones. Algo antiguo el hotel, aunque se nota que lo han mejorado.

Un hotel amb bona ubicació, bon personal i perfecte per anar-hi en parella.
Pros:

Ens han agradat principalment el personal, per la seva amabilitat i professionalitat, l’atenció rebuda durant tota l’estada i la tranquil·litat de l’habitació, que ens ha permès descansar molt bé.

Cons:

No ens ha acabat d’agradar que la neteja de les habitacions no fos del tot correcta.
