Cons:

O quarto de casal que reservei pelo Booking tinha duas pias no banheiro. Segundo me foi informado no hotel, apenas o quarto com 2 camas de solteiro teria essa característica. Acredito que o Booking deva verificar essa informação e, se correta, atualizar as informações sobre a reserva no site. Deixar essa informação bem exposta e clara no site.

Location and cleanliness.

Cons:

We were asked if we would like to upgrade. We did and paid extra for it. We were put in a room where they were busy with construction to the buildings next to us. When we took our afternoon naps they were drilling and we could not rest. We were not told about the construction when asked if we would like the upgrade. The toilet is also part of the bathroom and not separate. Rooms are dark and not a lot of light penetrates through them resulting to switching the lights on during daytime. We could not connect the tv to Netflix or any other movie screening apps.
