Taking the A/C of the equation, it was amazing.
Pros:

My room was clean, the breakfast buffet was good, the location was excellent and close to everything and the staff was incredible.

Cons:

It’s appears to turn the A/C off in the middle of the night, because I always wake up at night pretty sweaty. We could not change the settings.

Pros:

Super emplacement, les chambres sont propres et modernes.

Cons:

Hôtel malheureusement mal insonorisé. Nous étions réveillés au moindre passage dans le couloir, notamment par le bruit des portes des chambres qui claquaient. Cela a rendu la nuit assez difficile.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A True 5-Star Experience at Hotel Regina

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Regina. Although the hotel is officially rated 4 stars, for me, it absolutely deserves 5 stars.

A very special thank you to Gloria and Sofia for their warm welcome, excellent service, and for upgrading our room. They made us feel truly welcomed and taken care of from the moment we arrived.

All of the hotel employees were extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. The hotel itself is very clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained.

The location is one of the best—very convenient and perfect for exploring Madrid.

Everything about our experience was excellent: the room, cleanliness, location, service, and especially the wonderful staff.

Thank you, Gloria, Sofia, and the entire Hotel Regina team for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Favoloso albergo nel cuore della città
Pros:

Bellissimo albergo nel centro della città , vicinissimo a tutto in pochi minuti a piedi .
Colazione favolosa in assoluto, frutta e verdura fresca, pesce , carne, lattici,uova , dolci buonissimi , cioccolato , caffè nesspresso, miele fresca , assolutamente tutto- abbiamo goduto tutte le mattine con grande piacere !
Pulizia nelle camere costante e fatta bene , staff gentilissimo, rapido nelle richieste ,rispettoso e preparato.
Consiglio vivamente questa struttura che fa onore alla città vibrante di Madrid !

Cons:

Raramente ho sentito dispiacere a lasciare un albergo - peccato che non siamo stati ancora un paio di giorni !

Localização excelente. Café de manhã com muita variedades e bem gostoso. Equipe da recepção muito simpática e proativa.

Cons:

A staff do café da manhã, nos dois dias que ficamos no hotel, tinha um comportamento “obsessivo” de manter tudo limpo, a todo tempo, e isso incomodava os hóspedes. Por exemplo: os funcionários limpavam as mesas e sofás que já estavam limpas, ao nosso lado, a todo o tempo, passando a sensação de que já tinha acabado o horário do café da manhã e já estavam limpando para o próximo turno (o que não era o caso). Ressalto que isso me parece uma orientação da gerência do hotel, e não culpa dos funcionários.
