The staff was very helpful, the rooms were comfortable and clean and the breakfast Buffett was exceptional! Location was close to everything we wanted to see.

Fresh towels and room service daily. Refrigerator with snacks and drinks. Amazingly good breakfast buffet. Directly across the street from the four seasons hotel. Close to walk to many restaurants and sights around Madrid. Metro and bus station a few steps outside.
Not much natural light and no views from my room, though there are beautiful rooms in the hotel for an up charge. I was able to enjoy the rooftop area, however it would be ideal to have more shade umbrellas during after sun.
