Pros:

What I loved about it was if I like home away from home. The staff was absolutely amazing very welcoming very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other people and definitely will be back to the hotel.

Séjour plaisant.
Pros:

Les chambres (4) étaient très confortables et propres. Nous avons profité de la piscine. L'hôtel est bien situé et près du métro. Il y a un parking souterrain. La proximité de plusieurs commerces et restaurants à pied.

Cons:

Lors du check-in , le personnel a omis de mentionner que l'hôtel fournissait un code QR pour le parking souterrain. On a donc payé 18$ (X2 voitures pour 4 heures). Par la suite, nous sommes retournés à la réception pour se renseigner...
Le parking était affiché à 21$/jour sur ma réservation avec Booking. Bien que l'on ait montré le document, la réceptionniste a dit que les tarifs avaient changés, mais ne pouvait pas nous dire à quel moment. Elle a dit qu'elle ferait le même prix soit 21$ mais nous a chargé 23$/jour finalement (pris sur la carte de crédit directement). Bon, pas la fin du monde, nous avions 2 voitures et sommes restés 2 jours. On a survécus hahaha!

It was nice for our one night stay. We were located by the elevators so we could hear the elevators ding all night.
Pros:

Close to the concert venue we were going to. Cute small room.

Cons:

Check in was at 3pm. We arrived at 3:30 to a line that looped out of the lobby. Took over an hour to check in.
Hard to figure out the shower. The directions on the shower weren’t really clear.

I was proposed a kettle for tea and I accepted. Arrived much too late and instead of milk they gave me 4 coffee pods for the Nespressso machine... I don't drink coffee.

Can't complain!
Pros:

Lots of great food options around. We had a comfortable stay at the hotel - no complaints.

Cons:

Vending machine on the 3rd floor only. Would be nice to have one on each floor.

Good not great.
Pros:

It was clean and in a good location.

Cons:

Overpriced. They made it seem that the simple breakfast buffet was included in the cost and then we were charged per person for it. Later, I heard a man ask at the desk if the breakfast was included, and I could tell that the desk clerk was not supposed to say that it was extra. She made some sort of strange, cagey response. Ridiculous.
