A bit dissapointed when first arriving but soon got over that with friendliness of staff and cleanli

The room was clean and well decorated. It was very large. The bed was very comfortable

Cons:

There was no way to control room temperature the thermostat turned fan on or off so the room was quite cold during waking hours but just right for sleeping. The hotel is showing it's age but it looks like they are working on that.

Fine apart from the double charge issue.
Pros:

Staff helped find us a good room on the floor we had requested in advance

Cons:

We were double charged for the room upon departure, having already paid in advance. It took several days and emails to get this resolved, with no apology or anything. Very poor.

Close to airport
Pros:

Close proximity to the airport.

Cons:

They only take credit cards with no option to use debit.. They cancelled my reservation without calling me.. I had to do a 4 1/2 hr drive, they only send email if someone is driving they will not see messages.

Great value and nice rooms for a short stay near YYZ!
Pros:

Solo traveller with disabilities appreciating the kind assistance of staff and the warm welcome. The room is a good size and I love that it has a comfortable chair to sit in for reading, making calls, etc. Nice well-laid out bathroom. Bed is okay.

Cons:

No breakfast included.

Despite providing clear times for needing assistance and cab at 7 am they were already contacting me repeatedly starting at 6:15. The cab driver said he chose to come early and was happy to wait, but the staff person who came to get my bags was beyond rude and bullying. He kept pounding at my door and refused to say a word - not a good staff person for a hospitality setting, for sure.
