This was a once in a life time stay at this hotel was an exceptional experience that we eagerly anticipate repeating. The hotel, a beautifully preserved historical building, exudes an aura of grandeur. We were fortunate enough to be accommodated in the palace building, which served as the backdrop for our wedding anniversary celebration.

Prior to our arrival, we maintained communication with Arber, who seamlessly arranged our taxi and boat transportation to the hotel. Upon our check-in, the hotel manager, Guido, dedicated ample time to providing us with comprehensive information about a special boat tour and recommended various sightseeing destinations. Additionally, he ensured that our vegetarian dietary preferences were accommodated by suggesting several restaurants.

The night shift receptionist, Mario, demonstrated exceptional assistance throughout our stay.

Our breakfast was served in the palace building, where Mary, with a warm smile, brought our meal to our table. The breakfast room, reminiscent of a museum, provided an opulent setting, and the service was impeccably elegant. The hotel’s strategic location made it conveniently situated near all the must-see attractions.
