Beautiful hotel in the heart of Venice
Pros:

Really beautiful hotel, very ornate with lots of original features. The service was great and the breakfast was a real highlight. Front desk were super helpful with recommendations for boat / gondola trips and restaurants

Cons:

Unfortunately we were not informed about the location of the breakfast in our side of the hotel (therefore we went to the wrong restaurant and had a buffet which was ok but not nearly as good as what was included with our room - we weren’t corrected when we arrived at the wrong place either). Additionally amenities I.e. water, coffee pods etc are not replenished each day - small thing but would have improved the stay

Es ist echt unverschämt was uns da passiert ist:
Ich habe die Junior Suite online gebucht ohne die Auswahlmöglichkeit zu sehen:
2 Suiten mit Kanalblick und eine ohne ….
Aber nicht nur ohne sondern praktisch ohne Tageslicht mit Blick auf die- sehr sehr nahe Hauswand- und das für 700 Euro pro Nacht!
Aber das unverschämte ist, dass uns mangels gezeigter Auswahl dieses Gefängnis praktisch
untergejubelt wurde! Wir haben das Gefühl, dass (diese mangelnde Transparenz) so unattraktive Zimmer an den Mann gebracht werden sollen!
Wir waren immer gute langjährige booking -Kunden aberwur werden wohl zu check 24 wechseln- denn verarschen lassen wir uns für 700 Euro pro Tag

Everything about this small hotel is perfect
Pros:

This is an amazing little beautiful hotel. The staff are all amazing. I’ve never had breakfast in such stunning surroundings. Would definitely stay here again when we return to Venice

The oil paintings and the cozy old wooden nobleman mansion type feel. Great breakfast! Great breakfast room! Great easy access location.

Ну,просто все,очень интересный отель не в обычном формате,музей,2 ю ночь нам дали номер улучшеный,да он свежее,да он больше,но эмоции от номера стандарт больше,точно рекомендую,завтраки как дома,ничего лишнего

Location is handy , near St Marks.
Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was well appointed. Breakfast good, if a bit limited.

Cons:

Room was quite small and dark. Ground floor gave no privacy from restaurant on other side of canal. Wooden floors meant that every movement above was loud. Only one bottle of water supplies n 3 day visit.
