The perfect Venetian experience when staying at this hotel!
Pros:

A beautiful hotel with large historical rooms and views of the canals. Our stay included a daily breakfast and afternoon treat table with Prosecco on ice. The bed was very comfortable with a gorgeous bathroom and excellent rain shower. Service was above and beyond our expectations. We especially loved the women at breakfast who made our daily start so warm and welcoming with delicious and beautifully put together dishes. We were very appreciative of the complimentary welcome package that we found in our room. The rooms were so cozy and extremely quiet. An absolute gem of a hotel! They also were very helpful in choosing restaurants and ordering a water taxi for our departure.

運河沿で煌めく水面の光が窓辺に映るような素敵なお部屋でした
立地も良く、疲れたら一度お部屋に帰ってきて休めたのもとても良かったです
ウェルカムサービスで素敵なロビーでスパークリングワインやお菓子などを楽しめたのもとても良かったです

Cons:

チェックインが隣の建物で、わかりにくかった事と、お湯が出てくるまでに時間がかかり少し不安になった事くらいです

The location was amazing! The rooms were also so beautiful and the breakfast was perfect.

We were there in April and there was no air conditioning and when we left the windows open, we were bit up by mosquitos

Pros:

The breakfast was fabulous. The room for it, the staff serving you and the food!

Cons:

Air con wasn’t working but whatever you do don’t then sleep with the window open as the mosquitoes will get you!

Pros:

Le raffinement de la déco authentique mais fonctionnelle collant parfaitement à la Venise historique. Très très bel endroit.

Cons:

Accueil peu chaleureux.
Accès un peu difficile, arrivée en bateau taxi pas au pied de l’hôtel comme dans la plupart des 4/5*

Das Haus ist wunderschön - eben ein alter Palazzo. Die Lage ist ideal und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war besonders gut.

Nice hotel. Shame about the alarm

Beautiful hotel and great location

Cons:

Fire alarm woke us up at 1am. Continued for around 10 mins very loudly - no communication regarding whether or not there was actually a fire. We didn’t sleep well due to panic of the incident
