Cons:

There was a gap under the door which meant hall noises came in very clearly. Other than that, it was a very nice room, kept very clean by the housekeepers.

The location was great, the size of the room was lovely and it had everything we needed

Cons:

There was only hard pillows and no other option, and the main part of property had a strong smell of fish coming from the restaurant

Struttura ben servita e colazione soddisfacente
Pros:

Struttura pulita abbastanza vicino al centro città e comunque ben servita dai mezzi pubblici. Camera grande, bagno grande (anche se non sono fan della vasca) . Colazione internazionale varia e di qualità (da albergo 4 stelle). Prezzo in linea (purtroppo) con le tariffe di quella parte di Europa.

Cons:

Da segnalare piccole cose solo perché le aspettative per un 4 stelle sono più alte.
Le lenzuola avevano dei piccoli buchi.
Ho ricevuto un addebito ( non dovuto ) sulla carta di credito dopo aver fatto il check out e lasciato l'albergo.
Contattati hanno prontamente risolto ma devo ammettere di non aver gradito che non abbiamo segnalato la cosa prima del check out.

Was a really good experience - little touches like the birthday chocolates and card in the room for my wife’s 50th birth
Pros:

Staff so friendly and welcoming g and the facilities were c excellent. The hotel was clean and the food was very good.

Cons:

My only issue was the over the bath shower - would have preferred a walk in shower especially for a longer stay.

Pros:

The location of the hotel on relation to the things we booked, the hotel was clean and friendly and very spacious

Cons:

The bed was not very comfy, the pillows felt like rocks, furthermore less pillows would of been ideal

Pros:

Location was perfect, right beside the Luas, they came very frequently so we were in city centre very quick. We had a quick bite in the bar and the staff were friendly and well trained. We parked our car in the hotel car park and it was very good and secure. The front desk were very good and very pleasant to deal with. Overall I would stay here again.

Cons:

Nothing really, it was all very good, the only thing i would say we had a room beside the door into the hall and it was a bit loud with people going in and out but other than that very good.
