Five-Star Service from Start to Finish ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Pros:

We recently stayed at The Ashling Hotel in Dublin to celebrate a very special 50th birthday, and we had a wonderful experience.

Although there was an issue with our bathroom, it was dealt with promptly and professionally. A special mention must go to the Guest Relations Manager, Shannon, who handled the situation with such care and professionalism that it didn’t affect our stay at all. Her excellent customer service was genuinely appreciated.

The bar area has a lovely atmosphere, and the staff were absolutely magnificent—friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our visit.

Breakfast was outstanding, with an excellent buffet offering plenty of choice. The breakfast team were incredibly accommodating and ensured everyone was well looked after.

The hotel’s location is excellent for exploring Dublin, and we felt it offered great value for money.

Overall, we can’t recommend The Ashling Hotel highly enough. Thank you to Shannon and the entire team for making our special celebration so enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

Pros:

Ogromny wybór dań na śniadanie, bardzo życzliwa obsługa i doskonała lokalizacją hotelu. Bardzo wygodne łóżko.

Cons:

W pokoju nie ma wody do picia dla gości. Dość wysokie ceny w restauracji hotelowej, nawet jak na Dublin.

Recommend for future stays!
Pros:

Location was near the train station and local pubs. Staff was great except restaurant was a little slow. Bed was comfortable and we left our luggage as we got in early.

Cons:

No gym. The view from the room was a wall and AC. Also across the street was a park some people used for drinking, fighting and bathroom while we had dinner one night. Unfortunately when asked the hotel staff, there was not much could be done.

Lovely hotel, but consider the location
Pros:

Beautiful hotel! Spacious, well furnished rooms; comfortable bathroom with excellent hot water and water pressure; cozy bed, linens and good number of towels provided; water fountains; really nice breakfast; and afternoon, evening and night food options available on site.

Cons:

Location was excellent for what we specifically needed, but unfortunately noted the neighbourhood to be questionable at night. Should also consider offering hand cream/ moisturizer on request - strange that it was not available at a hotel of this standing.
