I loved the Customer Service and location!
The pool is NOT heated.
Live staying here, walking downtown to local restaurants.
Not the hotels fault but the construction in the area was a bit of a mess
Location is perfect , atmosphere was wonderful the suite was incredible and I will never stay anywhere else was our anniversary and they put rose petals in our room, the restaurant bar was incredible and justin at front desk was amazing
Clean, quiet property with a pool on the 3rd floor roof! I was upgraded to the 14th floor with extra goodies available. I Highly recommend!
The staff were very attentive, I got a wonderful room upgrade which gave me access to the regency club where I got to stock up on free soft drinks and snacks. The room had a beautiful view of downtown and the pool area was very nice.
The only thing I didn't like was a group of creepy older men (in their 30s or 40s) getting drunk at the pool and making inappropriate comments about the young girls swimming who couldn't have been older than 13 or 14. I also didn't see any adults attending to the children at the pool which made me concerned.
Very welcoming and friendly hotel and staff. Lovely clean rooms and hotel complex. Quick response to any questions and requests. Restaurant staff very accommodating with requests. Enjoyed our stay immensely.
The best hotel in Tulsa. Some of the best service anywhere. Highly recommend to anyone traveling through Tulsa. Friendly service from entry to exit. Breakfast was excellent and prepared quickly. We will stay here every time we are close. Thank you for an excellent experience.
We always stay here! We love the atmosphere and the staff is always so wonderful. I could have swam in the pool all day. We love the later check out.
