The Avery restaurant and the coffee shop, hotel staff was very nice

I loved the location and was very happy with the views of downtown and the hotel itself was very clean. 10/10
Everything was great. No complaints at all.
The room was pretty similar to the pictures, the room and building was clean, and the staff were friendly.
Was a little pricey, felt like it could have been a little cheaper.
We really enjoyed our stay. We were upgraded to the club level and our self parking was comped. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room could not have been much better. We walked to an event at the BOK Center. It was also only 5 or 10 minutes to the activities we had planned. The only negative was that the pool was definitely on the cold side and could have used some TLC. We will for sure come back the next time we are in Tulsa.
The property over all was nice, clean and comfortable. The pool was cloudy with a lot floaters (bugs, etc). THE only reason I picked the Hyatt over other brands was for the pool and I was disappointed and didn't get in the pool due to the cloudy water which is unsanitary. The hotel was located in a great location and there are definitely a lot of walkable attractions, bars, restaurants, and coffee shops close. The bed and pillows were comfortable.
On this stay I completely enjoyed my stay at this location. Staff stepped up and clean my late one evening after overlooking earlier. Entire staff did a great job, which I've come to expect.
The hotel was so accommodating and kind! We visited for our anniversary and they threw in several perks, such as meal vouchers to the on-site restaurant, The Avery. The front desk even accepted an urgent Walmart delivery for me (medical equipment), and held it for me until we could get back from dinner. They were so kind, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was exceptional!

I don’t travel often but I needed a break! Both parents grew up in Tulsa and I have been there so many times but Never downtown. Although the area is truly under construction this hotel made it go away fast! The hotel itself is nice but the staff makes it excellent! They are truly all about the customer. If you need something they are there, if you didn’t like something .they made it right, and if you are having a bad day they are your shrink. I will come back again if I get a chance to! Tulsa is represented well with the Hyatt Regency.
La locacion
Overall experience was great, the housekeeping staff definitely could do a better job with cleaning the bathrooms. Restaurant breakfast and staff were excellent, loved the inclusion.
