The staff was nice and the lobby was pretty.
I didn't like that I had booked this room 6 months ahead of the event and I get to check in at 415pm (which was at 4pm, was not offered anything earlier even when I asked, event started at 6pm) and I am told that there are no rooms available that I would have to wait an hour. No, that's not acceptable. I asked for what was available because we had to get ready and was offered a handicap room. I said I would take it as long as I am not taking it from someone who needed it and was told that they had a bunch of accessible rooms available. We get up to the room and it was hot. I set temp to 60 and high fan and we went to our event and didn't get back to the room until 2am in the morning and it was still hot, never cooled down. Also, the beds were uncomfortable and the sheets made noise every time you moved and then you could constantly hear people talking and the slamming of doors cause the walls are so thin. I expected more out of a Hyatt Regency especially for the price I paid. I would not stay here again.
Location and View were both amazing. Staff was very friendly and helpful, loved the pool area on 3rd floor roof.
There wasn't a microwave in the room itself. There was one in the commissary area for patrons to utilize but being on the 11th floor would make it kind of a hassle if needed.

Am from Tulsa and my high school graduation was held next to the Hotel and with all the restaurants and bars downtown you can always find something to do
The valet in this hotel is the best especially when Sam is the valet driver. I come here every two months for work and he is so quick. Super grateful for him for all the time efficiency.
As you enter the hotel TJ assists with your luggage. Next, you are greeted by Jace who checks you in, with a warm smile ,calls after you are in your room, and offers another rm or location if you not satisfied. Joe provides information about the city of Tulsa and the hotel free shuttle service.Finally, if one dine’s at the Avery. The food is OUTSTANDING, that is match by the service . There is only one place to stay if you visiting Tulsa . The Hyatt Regency. On a scale of 1 to 10 , I give this hotel a 12!!!
We had a great stay downtown Tulsa. The Hyatt Regency is excellent location for the downtown area. Clean and Friendly. You can't go wrong with this place.
The ceiling in my bathroom was covered in mold. The dead bolt did not lock. The staff was very helpful but the room was terrible.
