Breakfast choice excellent
Staff all very helpful

Cons:

Checked in late due to passport delay, tried and thirsty. Opened bottle of water in my room and only noticed afterwards that charged nearly 5 euros for this

Angenehmes Hotel in schwierigen Umfeld.
Pros:

Sie war sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich,
Es gab ein gutes Frühstück das keine Wünsche offenlässt.

Cons:

Neukölln ist ein schwieriger Stadtteil (die Nähe des Hotels zu meinem Arbeitstermin war ausschlaggebend).
