Der Service war rundherum Spitzenklasse.
Das Frühstück war einem 5 Sterne Hotel sehr angemessen..

We stayed at Hotel Avenida Palace for our baby moon, and it was honestly the most perfect venue in Lisbon. The service was top notch: when we notified them it was our baby moon on the booking, they made sure that our trip was special. They brought us an amazing fruit plate the first night, and then afterwards also brought by a keepsake thermos and bag to help commemorate our stay. The breakfast could not be beat, and the service from the bellhops, kitchen staff, etc was all beyond excellent. Not only would we recommend to others, we also hope to stay here again. 10/10.

Great location

What an outstanding hotel. It was out first time in Lisbon and chose the hotel for walking proximity to attractions, metro and train stations. The hotel was impeccably clean and the staff friendly and welcoming. Our room was extremely clean and well furnished with a stocked fridge and Nespresso coffee machine. Breakfast was wonderfully elegant with staff in suits or tuxes. The food was extremely fresh with a variety of hot dishes, pasties and fruit. The coffee was excellent. Breakfast became a morning event for us as the dining hall was quite elegant - a great way to start the day. The bar was fantastic and the architecture and ambiance elevated our cocktail experience. The hotel was an easy walk to restaurants shops and bakeries - just a fantastic location. It is next to Rossio station making a day trip to Sintra effortless. Ubers were easy to get and pulled up right to the door. All in all, we felt the hotel elevated our Lisbon experience and greatly added to a 10/10 visit to the city and region. We were impressed by how the hotel staff worked to make the stay effortless with an evening turndown service accompanied by chocolates and a variety of bedtime treats. All in all, a well done stay and 5/5 stars!

Totally loved this hotel. Prime location, decor is exquisite, breakfast bar has lots of variety and wonderfully fresh foods, piano bar was very enjoyable in the evening and the bar lounge was great for an evening snack and cozy bar for drinks.

Spent three nights here in mid-May. Absolutely enjoyable experience and we would highly recommend this hotel - friendly and helpful staff; concierge service was excellent; very good breakfast buffet; nice bar for a late evening snack. Conveniently located in center of Lisbon - adjacent to the train station if that's important. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Also, If you want to take a private tour of Sintra and along the coast area, ask the concierge to book you with Travel Trust - Felipe was our tour guide. They do a great job. If you take the tour, ask them to book you lunch at Restaurant O'Faroleiro in Cascais - hands-down the best red snapper we have ever had - and we've had a lot.

If we were ever back in Lisbon, this would be our go-to hotel, and we would definitely go back to Cascais for red snapper at O'Faroleiro.

This hotel was a fantastic choice for us. It is centrally located with sights, restaurants, shops and public transportation all within walking distance. The hotel was quiet, spacious, with lots of amenities provided in the room. The breakfast was plentiful and very good. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel.

The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Lisbon, within easy walking distance to all major attractions, great restaurants, and shopping areas.

What really made the difference was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional, always ready to help with a smile.

We were also pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful welcome gesture—a small fruit plate, a cheese plate, and complimentary wine waiting for us in the room. It was a lovely touch that made us feel truly valued as guests.

The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, and the bed was excellent. Breakfast was also a highlight—rich, fresh, and with a wide variety of high-quality options.

Overall, this is a high-level hotel that delivers a unique experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon.
