The service and staff are perfect. The rooms are very clean, the hotel is centrally located.

The public areas are very grand, and the breakfast is to die for.

The downside is they do not service dinner (very strange for this star rating) They serve snacks in the bar area.

The rooms look a little tired, and the room we had, had a very small bath as classically beautiful as it is I feel an updated bathroom and removing carpets would bring it up to date

Fantastic hotel, perfect location just a few steps away from the train station and you can barely hear the trains. The breakfast was amazing, you were spoilt for choice. The hotel staff were friendly and extremely helpful, the hotel has so much character as it's such an old building but is also super quiet. You won't go wrong with this hotel if you're looking for a classy hotel in the heart of Lisbon City.

궁전을 개조해 만든 유서 깊은 호텔답게 아름답고 우아하고 품격이 있습니다. 오래되었는데도 여전히 시설이 훌륭합니다. 기차역이나 메트로 그리고 주요 관광지와 가까이 있어 위치는 말할 것도 없이 좋고 직원들도 매우 친절합니다. 가격이 꽤 비싸기 때문에 모든 사람을 위한 호텔은 아닙니다. 그러나 저는 다시 방문한다해도 꼭 이 품격 있는 호텔에 다시 머물고 싶습니다. 특히 조식과 로비층의 바에서 만든 시그니처 칵테일과 피아노음악은 너무도 훌륭했습니다. 프론트 컨시어지 레스토랑 바 룸서비스 직원 모두 매우 친절하고 다정합니다.

It is the third time we stay in this hotel snd everybtime it is an absolute pleasure! The staff is exceptional, the interior beautiful and luxurious, the breakfast delightful.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights recently with the purpose of visiting Sintra. We stayed two years ago and found it to be excellent and were not disappointed on our return. The hotel is immaculately clean and the rooms very well appointed and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast here is exceptionally good with a huge variety of items all of good quality. The hotel has an old fashioned grandeur that is delightful in this modern age. Cocktails are a must in the early evening when the piano player and singer are performing. A lovely start to any evening. The hotel is perfectly located in the very centre of Lisbon and for us has the added bonus of being able to park our hire car. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for good service and quality and hope to be back again next year.

It one of our most favourite Hotels. We have return most years over the past 9 because of the excellent quality of the staff & management. All of them make you feel most welcome and they are very attentive to your needs on a city visit to Lisbon. The quality of decor of this beautiful historic building adds significantly to you time spent in this beautiful city.

Wonderful luxurious hotel in a Central location mere steps away from the Metro and therefore easy to get to from the airport. The staff are excellent. Love the evening live music in the bar at cocktail hour and the small helpful gifts left in the room. Breakfast fullof choices.. I very much hope that we will be able to return.

Amazing hotel. Very convenient located within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and historical attractions. Beautiful architecture and interior design. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The breakfast is a foodie delight with amazing cappuccinos and Portuguese delicacies. Can’t wait to go back to this beautiful hotel.
