A comfortable stay
Pros:

The room was comfortable, a bit noisy with the road but to be expected.

Cons:

Shame Ibis now charge to park, would make me look at others when staying in Leicester. The breakfast is a bit lack lustre.

Amazing and great value for money
Pros:

I loved the fact we was on 1st floor room 8 as it helped my wife who has mobility issues and wid like it again next trip

Ok, just about worth the money paid

Ideal location 10 minute walk into the centre of town.
All the meals were well cooked

Not much, Not a nice hotel

Cons:

Room not very clean, carpets looked filthy throughout and the ‘hotel!’ appears to be some type of refuge facility.
Food was terrible and staff attitude left a lot to be desired

Comfortable, clean and great food. Lovely staff.
Pros:

Breakfast was wonderful 😊 Dinner was great. The hotel was clean, bed was really comfortable, I could have stayed in bed all day. We liked it so much we extended for 3 more days!

Cons:

Found the carpets could do with a clean. The parking was not included and I am disabled ( £7 a day extra) and their were two homeless people sleeping in the parking. Otherwise it was excellent

Great
Pros:

This is my 3rd stay in this hotel, staff are lovely rooms are comfy and shower pressure is always great, the best part is breakfast its alwaysfresh and plenty to pick from. I will always come back here.
