All round clean,convenient and friendly staff
Pros:

Amazing location, rooms are always clean, we had 3rooms and all were clean and comfortable. we have been here twice now as its that good and convenient. Brilliant friendly staff, excellent breakfast all round great stay.

Cons:

Only thing I could say this time was they ran out of fizzy pop for drinks. Totally understandable tho as it was the England match so probably really busy. Didn't effect the hotel and staff they are brilliant.

Pros:

It was close to station.

Cons:

No air con. It was too hot in room to sleep. We wanted to eat one evening and they could only offer us sandwich’s despite there being a menu. Staff knocked on my door two days in a row despite me putting a do not disturb on my door.
