Location
Needs improvements and some money spending on it
Very close to Stratford station. Very polite and helpful staff especially Aida and Marianna in the morning. will definitely recommend it to friends
Stayed here for a midweek night for work. Check in was easy and room was decent enough. Nothing spectacular but was fine. Unfortunately I was given a disabled bathroom which wasn’t nice at all but wasn’t worth complaining about for one night. A decent nights sleep and the shower was ok. Breakfast to be fair was very good. Would probably stay again as a decent location.
Location, comfort, cleanliness
Breakfast is ok but other meals are very poor.
Proximity to train stations
Nil
The location was ideal and very handy for Stratford train station.
Accessible room was not very accessible, I am in a mobility scooter and when we opened the door, the bed was right in front of me, had to manoeuvre round.
The bathroom was also not very disabled friendly, there was no shower seat, and when we enquired at reception, we were told we could buy a stool in the Stratford centre!!!
The toilet was very close to the wall and it was awkward transferring from my scooter to the toilet.
I have a stoma and there was no where to lay out my stuff, and I had to put my toilet bag and medical supplies on the floor, as there was no storage shelf. As a result when the shower was used there was water all over the floor, resulting in wet supplies.
The storage that was the wardrobe was very small and not easy to access from my scooter, and the shelves were too high for me to store my clothes.
Only 1 bedside table and no plug sockets near the bed to plug in my heated pad.
Quick check in
All good
It’s close proximity to the local shops and to Westfield mall.
The breakfast ain’t got enough variety of breakfast. That’s just the only clause have got problem with.
Location
The en-suite was like a train toilet
The noise coming from the road was very loud. This is the main reason I gave a low score. Otherwise, it was what I would expect from an Ibis hotel.
