Zimmerkonfort. Schlafkomfort. Zweckmässige, gute Einrichtung.
Angebot Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Frühstücksraum eher wie eine Wartehalle. Die Tisch waren sehe unsauber.
Mich hat erstaunt, wie die Gäste mit Selbverständlichkeit grosse Flaschen mit Saft, Kaffee und Tee zum Mitnehmen abfüllten und ihre Sandwiches etc. für Take away einpackten. Habe ich so noch nie erlebt....

Decent but would not stay again
Pros:

That everything essential was there.

Cons:

Arrangements weren’t flexible, we were told that we could eat at the lobby restaurant, but the next day another staff told us we could not.

I was shocked to find out that room 106 opposite could open the door at room 109. Can’t imagine if we weren’t in the room and someone could come in.

Non credo ci sia qualcosa che mi è piaciuto

Cons:

Il parcheggio è piccolo, caro e al sole.
In camera non c'è un bollitore, non viene offerto un kit doccia. L'offerta è veramente minima e il prezzo è alto. Senza ragione.

Rien, une vrai catastrophe

Cons:

Ils ont essayé de nous donner une forme double avec un lit bebe pour mon fils de 8 ans. Et après s'être plein a la reception ils nous ont avoué qu'il y avait un problème avec les chambres triples. On a du attendre de minuit a 2h du matin qu' il trouve une solution car l'hôtel etait complet!!!
Et cerise sur le gâteau, l alarme qui se déclenche dans tous l' hôtel à 5h du matin... Sans parler du réveil des travaux ã 7h....

le rapport qualité / prix absolument rien dans la chambre ( bouilloire , une bouteille d'eau , 2 serviettes) hôtel bon pour transit d'une nuit mais pas de séjour

Zuerst wurde mir beim Check-in ein Zimmer zugewiesen, das bereits an andere Gäste vor mir vergeben war. Ich stand plötzlich mitten im Zimmer fremder Leute – eine extrem unangenehme Situation, die durch ordentliche Organisation völlig hätte vermieden werden müssen.

​Es kam aber noch schlimmer: Um 21:55 Uhr stand plötzliche ein fremder Gast in meinem Zimmer, weil dem Personal derselbe Fehler noch einmal unterlaufen ist.

​Bitte schulen Sie dringend Ihr Personal darin, wie Zimmer ordnungsgemäß im System vergeben werden! Ein solches Vorgehen geht gar nicht. Als Gast hat man hier keinerlei Gefühl von Sicherheit – weder für die eigene Privatsphäre noch für die Wertsachen, die man im Zimmer zurücklässt.

Des weiteren wird man um 22:40 angerufen von der Rezeption, weil sie ihr system nicht im griff haben.
