Bring your room towels to the spa!!
Pros:

The hotel was in a very central and convenient location, and the staff were generally very helpful. The reception is open 24/7, and it was very convenient that we could leave our luggage both before check-in and after check-out.

Cons:

However, there were a few issues. The towels were technically clean, but some of them were old and slightly torn, and one of them had yellow stains.

The biggest problem was with the spa towels. We spoke with the reception before going to the spa and asked whether we should bring towels from the room or if towels would be provided there. We were told that there was no need to bring any because towels would be available at the spa. However, when we arrived, there were no towels at all. I sent a message on WhatsApp again, and the AI system replied that it would inform the reception to bring us towels. In the end, nobody brought any towels, and the system stopped replying to our messages.

By that point, we had already changed into our swimsuits and gotten wet, but I had to get dressed again and go back to the room myself to bring towels. It was very inconvenient and honestly quite frustrating.
