I very much enjoyed our stay, thank you for making our mini break so pleasant and relaxing.
Pros:

The hotel is an easy walk from the art gallery of NSW, the state library and the domain parklands. It’s a historic building which is interesting, very modern and comfortable inside though, excellent 5 star comfort.

Cons:

Nothing. I found it a relaxing and peaceful haven from which to explore the city. The staff were eager to assist, friendly and skilled, welcoming in the foyer, helping with bags. The business lounge was lovely for breakfast, and enough for dinner. Swimming pool and spa and steam room to relax I .

Overall, a great stay with an excellent location, exceptional service, and clean, comfortable rooms.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was excellent, making it easy to get around Sydney. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were friendly. The service throughout our stay was outstanding, with everyone going out of their way to be helpful and welcoming.

Cons:

The only downside was the pool area, which feels quite dated and could benefit from an upgrade to better match the quality of the rest of the hotel.
