Бажаю на місці вирішувати з клієнтами і не обманювати при заселенні
Cons:

Я забронювала готель 4 зірки із парковкою і ліфтом (бо ми з малою дитиною і чемоданами) а отримала номер в сусідній будівлі на 3 зірки на 2 поверсі сходами.
На парковці сказали місць немає - запропонували на тротуарі і вранці я побачила штраф.
В номер ми навіть тими сходами не несли чемодани.
В ванній було брудно - я не милась в такій ванній
Косметики для купання немає - в готелі 4 зірки має це бути.
На двоспальному ліжку немає спільного матраца! Це 2 матраца і тому між ними щіль! Дитяче ліжко я замовила - його не поставили, і дитина спала зі мною на половинці одинарному матраці - я не виспалась.
Сніданок бідноватий
Персонал нічого не знає - відповідь одна пишіть листи на пошту.
Після всіх фото і прохання перерахувати умови реальні до заявлених мені запропонували знижку на наступний приїзд ))) я більше в вас ніколи не зупинюсь! Фото додаю!

Four Star hotel? A Bit of a Stretch!
Pros:

The Gold Hotel was clean and met our basic needs during our three-night stay. The location is reasonably convenient, although it is on the Buda side, around a 20-minute walk from the livelier central area with its restaurants and river cruises.

Cons:

Calling it a modern four-star hotel is a bit of a stretch. The equipment and furnishings are dated, and the facilities are limited. There isn't even a kettle in the room to make a tea (something basic for the simplest room), and a small bottle of water costs €3 from the minibar!
Breakfast was very basic. Although it is advertised as being available until 10:00, by 9:15 the staff had stopped replenishing, so you had to make do with whatever was left.
Overall, it was an acceptable stay, but the hotel needs significant improvements to justify its four-star rating. It covers the basics, but little more.

L'hotel era dalla parte di Buda, la parte storica di Budapest si visitava a piedi, ma anche in centro ci si andava a piedi. Ottima posizione
