Pros:

The cleaning could be improved & supplies of toilet rolls could be more than 1 spare roll. However, the gentleman on reception, 'Nan' provided excellent customer service. He was very helpful, friendly, and professional. A big thank you. Janelle Abela

Der Aufenthalt im Gold Hotel Budapest war sehr angenehm.
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Zimmer absolut sauber und schön. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Wir konnten zu Fuß die Altstadt erreichen und waren in Kürze beim Congress Center. Top für Business Leute!

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum könnte heller sein, die Kaffemaschinen besser platziert und das Gebäck frischer. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, doch hoteleigene Parkplätze könnten mehr sein.

Budapeszt łączy ciekawą historię z tradycją kulinarną, z którymi należy się zapoznać smakując obu.
Pros:

Bardzo miły i pomocny Personel tworzy przyjazny akcent już od samego wejścia. Pokoje ładnie urządzone i wygodne łóżka, zawierają wszystko co potrzeba. Lokalizacja pozwalająca na zwiedzanie zarówno Budy jak i Pesztu, bez konieczności używania transportu. W koło dużo zieleni i ciekawa trasa na Cytadelę.

Cons:

Pomimo, że śniadania były smaczne można by było wprowadzić więcej urozmaicenia i bardziej zaakcentować produkty tradycyjne / lokalne. Kawa smaczna, choć nad ekspresami można by było popracować.

La colazione era abbastanza fornita sia per la parte dolce che salata
La posizione della struttura, seppur non centrale, era comoda per raggiungere a piedi il centro
La possibilità di parcheggiare, anche se a pagamento, nel parcheggio privato dell'hotel

La pulizia della camera non eccellente
Il fatto che il cambio di asciugamani e lenzuola fosse a pagamento
Il bagno un po' troppo piccolo e con il vetro della vasca che copriva solo parzialmente il lato, quindi era facile che si bagnasse il pavimento
