I loved how close the hotel was to the gas station and food places. It’s also not far from Carowinds or other fun attractions.

Cons:

Housekeeping. They were rushing us to get out of the room when it wasn’t even 12:00 PM yet. It was 11:50 AM, and they kept knocking on our door and when we opened the door they almost came in the room. I told them I was just making sure nothing was left in the room and we were getting ready to head downstairs to check out. I had NEVER experienced that before at any other hotel. They respect the 12:00 PM check out time. As long as we’re no longer in the room by 12 PM we’re good. Also, the bathtubs need to be updated. They looked old, and the shower/tub had mold.

Pros:

Location was good. Girl who checked us in was very nice.

Cons:

The first room was dirty and smelled . Got a second room and the AC was so loud we barely slept. Told the guy when we checked out but he didn't seem to care. Overall not a good experience. Will not stay again.

Expectations exceeded!
Pros:

The location, price, and amenities were great! The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfy, and the staff was helpful. We had access to a basketball court and table tennis. I didn't stay long enough to use those facilities but I definitely will when I book next time.

Cons:

If I could change anything I would add some firm pillows to the bed and the pool was on the small side.
