Wie immer, die Lage (Nähe) zum ÖPNV, deren kostenfreie Nutzung (inkl. Fähre), die kostenfreien Parkplätze gleich um die Ecke, das ordentliche Frühstück.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 1. Stock, das war doch etwas "unruhig"... Lag wohl direkt über der Küche?

Location. Nice breakfast.

Cons:

Floor Carpet in the room is not quite clean and cannot walk around with bare foot, which is common for Korean. Hope to have temperory slipper but not available.
Shower in bath so weak.

It was great except for that check in lady who managed to ruin my arrival after travelling over 16 hours or more to get

The check in personnel during time of arrival [early evening]needs to be train more for better customer service and professional development. No welcome greetings, no hello and find her rude and unwelcoming! On the other hand, the morning staff were excellent and completely friendly, helpful and very professional.
