Exceptionally comfortable and friendly but efficient team who really want to look after you.
Pros:

Smaller and personal hotel where you are well looked after. Great location for sightseeing and shopping and just across the road from Green Park. Subway is a 10 minute walk.

Cons:

Great sized room and exceptionally comfortable bed for a good nights sleep.

A perfect and charming stay in London. Great for our little family!
Pros:

We loved the location, right next to Green Park and Hyde Park, and in the heart of Central London. We were fortunate to have included breakfast with our room, and it couldn't have been a better option for my family; at no additional charge the staff and kitchen were so accommodative with bringing it each to our room so we could comfortably enjoy eating with our little one in our own space. The room was spacious, and the kitchen had all we needed. The bedroom was spacious, with lots of room for storage. The shower was great!

Shoutout to the staff for their warmth, kindness, understanding nature, and willingness to accommodate requests, especially with a baby in our room. Thank you again!

Cons:

The first morning of our stay, one half of our ordered breakfast unfortunately did not arrive. I mentioned this to the staff who ensured it was a mistake and a major blip in service on a very busy Sunday. Thankfully this did not happen again.

La ubicación, la amplitud de la habitación, limpieza y comodidad de la cama.pero sobre todo el personal: profesional, muy amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Gracias a Pedro, Ana y todo el personal ( siento no acordarme del nombre de todos los que hicieran que la estancia fuese excepcional)

El baño, sería mejor con ducha en lugar de bañera. Necesita una pequeña reforma.

With the most incredible staff, also clean and appropriate room. Safe and central regarding the location. There is only disadvantage regarding the everyday cleaning it wasn’t like they are doing more than fixing the bed🫠
