However, there is one very important issue that people should be aware of.
I stayed at this hotel twice, and on both occasions, about an hour after leaving for the airport, there was an attempt to charge my credit card without my authorization.
When I contacted the hotel to ask about these charges, their response was that they were for “tips and service” 😨
For clarification: all my bills had already been fully paid, and my cash deposit had also been refunded before checkout.
Just a warning for everyone: please make sure to monitor your credit card transactions after checking out, especially within the first few hours after leaving the hotel, as there may be unauthorized charge attempts from the hotel.

Great location and relatively quiet area. Easy access to public transport, parks and shops.
Service was great, especially Daniel! Very helpful and offered great recommendations for nearby food.
The rooms/halls/elevators were extremely small. Which is expected for the building, but quite a shock for a tourist. With that said, the hotel was lovely-very picturesque and clean!
Great stay overall, and special shout out to doorman Daniel who went above and beyond to make sure we had a nice stay. Would absolutely recommend !

The bed was comfortable and the room was a good size.
Great location and one of the most comfortable beds we've had in London. Had some confusion over using a POB voucher but the team sorted this out in a fast and professional manner and showed genuine care to fix this properly which we really appreciated.
