طلبت في حجزي غرفة تكون فيها شطاف لاني رايت انه متوفر
و تكون اطاله على الشارع الرئيسي مع بلكونه و دفعت قيمتها
ولكن كانت غرفتي في الدور الثاني ولا استطيع فتح الشباك

had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and well-maintained, and the bathroom included a bidet, which was a great convenience. Housekeeping was excellent, with the room cleaned and refreshed twice daily.

The room was also well-stocked with complimentary water, Pepsi, and snacks in the refrigerator, which was a nice touch.

What truly made the experience outstanding was the staff. From the reception team to the bell staff and the check-out personnel, everyone was professional, friendly, and exceptionally helpful.

The hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Delightful stay thanks to the Hotel team and total quality of accommodation.
Pros:

The quality of the hotels interior, the professional kind hotel team and the breakfast choice and setting was relaxing.
Our room was wonderful, clean and very comfortable with a lovloview.

Cons:

The traffic was noisy (roadworks did not help) as it was on Piccadilly so optional complimentary ear plugs would have been useful however it’s to be expected for the view.
One lift out of order for part of the day.

Excellent stay
Pros:

First of all: thank you to the wonderful staff! You made us feel very welcome the minute we arrived!
And also we were lucky enough to be able to check in early and the room was perfect.
The location is close to all the main attractions like Buckingham palace (10min walk), Big Ben, Westminster abbey etc.
When I’ll travel to London again, I know where I’ll stay 😊
