Our stay at The Athenaeum Hotel was truly unforgettable. Throughout our family holiday, every member of the team made our days brighter with their kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.

During our trip to the UK, we had the pleasure of staying at the hotel twice, and on both occasions we felt warmly welcomed from the very moment we stepped through the door. From the doormen to every member of the staff, everyone made us feel completely at home.

First and foremost, we would like to express our heartfelt thanks to Mr. Aytaç, Mr. Jason, Mr. Pedro, Concierge Mr. Miguel, and the entire team for their outstanding care and support throughout our stay.

Mr. Aytaç’s knowledge of the hotel and his attention to every guest are truly exceptional. It was always a pleasure talking with him. As a Turkish-speaking member of the team, he made us feel even more at home. Whenever we needed anything, he did everything he could to help us and always found a solution.

The entire team has created a wonderful atmosphere where guests genuinely feel cared for. Everyone goes out of their way to make you happy, and it is clear that they all take great pride in delivering exceptional hospitality. Their teamwork, professionalism, and genuine warmth made our stay truly unforgettable. They also shared wonderful local recommendations about London, allowing us to experience the city beyond the usual tourist attractions and making our trip even more special.

The hotel is exceptionally clean, safe, and beautifully maintained. For guests who value cleanliness and hygiene, it is the perfect choice. Our room was serviced twice a day, and every detail was taken care of with great attention.

The location is outstanding. It is within walking distance of many of London’s most famous attractions while also being perfectly positioned for shopping. On many days, we found ourselves not wanting to leave the neighbourhood because everything we needed was right there.

The hotel was also incredibly accommodating for my mum, who has a disability and required extra assistance with the bathroom and other amenities. The accessibility, thoughtful facilities, and genuine care shown by the staff made her feel comfortable, supported, and respected throughout our stay. We had a spa session followed by a lovely lunch at The Athenaeum to celebrate my mum's birthday, and it was such an amazing experience from start to finish.
Every single member of staff—from the doormen, concierge, reception team, spa staff, and waitresses—was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. They showed so much kindness and love to my daughter Zoë, my mum, my brother, and me, which made the day even more special.

Our massages were wonderful, and the food was absolutely delicious. To top it all off, my mum was surprised with a birthday dessert plate, which we weren't expecting and was such a thoughtful touch.

A special thank you to Ellie for being so lovely with Zoë, and to the other member of staff who gave Zoë the sensory book gift. Your kindness meant so much to us.
