Excellent hotel for a short stay in Helsinki
Pros:

The staff were friendly, professional and helpful from the moment we walked in. The room was clean, with good space and views of the city. The restaurant and bar on the top floor are excellent - great panoramic views at breakfast or an evening drink (we didn't eat in the restaurant on an evening, but it looked very good).
There are separate male and female saunas which were spacious and clean. There is a department store on the lower floors; a coffee house and a separate restaurant. There is a groceries supermarket in the basement.
The location is excellent - right next to the central train station, and only 10/15 mins walk to the harbour.

Cons:

We had a great stay, and the only minor issue is the only way to different floors is via the 2 lifts, and these are small - 4 people reasonably comfortably, or 2 if you have a couple of large suitcases. (There are separate staff lifts which are not accessible). At peak breakfast times there can be a wait for a lift - we experienced a wait after breakfast going 2 floors down. The stairs are off bounds except in emergencies.

Great stay
Pros:

Great sized room. Comfy bed. Darkening curtains very good. Good breakfast buffet. Nice restaurant for both breakfast and dinner.

Cons:

Size of the lifts very small. 4 pillows across the bed.

Pieni kaupunkiloma.
Pros:

Hyvä sijainti, aamupala ja ilmastointi.

Cons:

Huone aivan henkilökunnan huoneen vieressä, joten oven lyöminen kiinni aiheutti kovasti melua. Huoneesta huonot maisemat pienelle sisäpihalle.

Staff was nice and decent location

Cons:

It is not the same as the pictures. The lobby is horrible, no facilities and it looks dirty. The beds were uncomfortable and the bathroom is very little, there’s barely space to move (I even fell on the shower). The elevators are old and tiny and the check in process took a lot of time when it’s usually fast. One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in

立地が良くて助かりました
Pros:

立地が最高でした。中央駅を出てすぐなので、初めてでも迷わず着きました。駅前からは トラムもいろいろな線が出ているので、どこへ出かけるにも便利でした。

Cons:

朝食が期待はずれでした。10階の眺望の良い会場で ビュッフェの品数やクオリティーは悪くなかったのですが、メニューがずーっと同じでした。4泊しましたが 本当に毎日同じで飽きました。フィンランド名物のサーモンスープもなく、がっかりしました。
