Truly amazing place. Breakfast is out of this world good. Location is perfect. The best gym that I have ever used in a hotel. Customer experience truly great. I have nothing but love for this place. We will be back!

My mother took me and a friend to the afternoon brunch on Sunday 21 June 2026. We had a wonderful time. My mother and I had been once before but never on the weekend. The outdoor live cooking station was exceptional. The way the vegetables and fish were prepared and cooked were delicious and added something very special to our experience. The staff were also exemplary in their service. I’m dairy free and the staff and chef arranged some dairy free desserts so I could eat something beyond fruit and these were also divine. If I could give 10 stars I would. The buffet is a must have experience for anyone in or coming to Lisbon! We will always return to the Four Seasons.

The Four Seasons Ritz Lisbon reminded us why Four Seasons continues to set the standard for luxury hospitality. From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff seemed to know who we were, greeted us warmly, and made us feel genuinely welcome. The level of attentiveness was remarkable without ever feeling intrusive.

The front desk team deserves special recognition. Every interaction was seamless, professional, and incredibly personal. Whether arranging transportation, answering questions, or simply welcoming us back after a day of exploring Lisbon, they consistently made us feel like valued guests rather than room numbers.

The rooms are spectacular—elegant, spacious, impeccably maintained, and thoughtfully designed. Housekeeping was flawless, and every detail reflected the level of excellence you expect from one of the world’s great hotels. The concierge team was equally impressive, helping create memorable experiences while making everything feel effortless.

If I had one minor suggestion, it would be that some of the carpeting throughout the property could benefit from a deep cleaning and refresh. It was a small detail in an otherwise outstanding experience.

What truly sets this hotel apart is its people. Beautiful hotels can be found all over the world. The warmth, professionalism, and genuine care shown by the staff at Four Seasons Ritz Lisbon are far more difficult to find. We would return without hesitation and cannot wait to visit again.

Don't let the plain, blocky concrete exterior fool you—the moment you step inside, it is an absolute masterpiece of marble, massive floral arrangements, and stunning Art Deco style.

We stayed in one of the recently renovated rooms facing the park and the city views from our private balcony were incredible. The famous "Four Seasons bed" is not an exaggeration; it genuinely gave us some of the best sleep we’ve had in years. The marble bathroom was also a massive highlight, complete with a deep soaking tub, separate standalone shower, and huge twin sinks that made getting ready in the mornings seamless.

The location is a bit removed from the main tourist hustle and bustle of the waterfront, but it sits right next to Eduardo VII Park and is an easy, cheap Uber ride (or a 10-minute walk down Avenida da Liberdade) to anywhere you want to go. It is definitely one of the pricier hotels in town, but the sheer quality of the staff and the facilities makes it worth every cent. Will absolutely stay here again.
