Pros:

Praticamente tutto, si tratta di un hotel di altissimo livello, che soddisfa in maniera eccellente ogni richiesta dell'ospite. La posizione è forse la migliore di tutta Seoul, affacciato direttamente sulla piazza centrale della City Hall, la metropolitana a pochi metri lato ingresso, un accesso posteriore su una strada locale ricchissima di ristoranti, pub e locali di vario tipo. Dalla metropolitana (uscita n° 6) passano le utilissime linee 1 (diamterale sudovest-nordest che raggiunge anche Incheon) e 2, la circolare urbana che serve direttamente quasi tutti i "must see" della città. La fermata "City Hall" è poi ad una sola fermata di linea 1 dalla stazione centrale di Seoul, che è anche il terminale del treno veloce AREX che collega l'aeroporto intercontinentale ICN. Dietro l'angolo anche una fermata bus servita da numerose linee, compresi gli intinerari turistici principali. L'edificio è lussuoso e moderno, con splendidi interni sontuosi dal design avveniristico. La camera non era grandissima per un hotel di questo livello (ma nemmeno piccola) però era confortevole, semrpe pultita, tecnologicamente avanzata e dotata di ogni tipo di funzione, gli spazi ergonomicamente disegnati, il bagno, splendente, conteneva sia vasca che box doccia. La colazione era abbondante e di qualità, disponibili anche palestra e piscina. Il personale era eccezionalmente cortese e disponibile, competnete e sollecito e pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta anche le più inusuali: ad esempio, appena arrivato le mie carte di credito avevano alcuni problemi di riconoscibilità da macchinari automatici quali i distributori di biglietti della metropolitana e gli ATM (bancomat), ebbene una gentilissima receptionist mi ha personalmente caricato l'abbonamento settimanale ai mezzi caricandomelo sulla carta, mi ha inoltre alla stessa maniera provvisto di cash che non riuscivo a prelevare.

Cons:

Non c'era in pratica nulla che non andasse bene. L'unica cosa che avrei aggiunto sono quelle macchinette a rullo epr pulirsi e lucidarsi le scarpe a volte rpesente negli hotel di lusso.

Posizione centrale, molto comoda. Bella struttura se si vogliono vivere alcune esperienze da hotel (e.g., colazione, piscina, relax)

Cons:

Camere piccole, un po' vecchie e non propriamente funzionali come struttua (entri, mini corridoio, letto al centro scrivania - almeno la mia). Rapporto qualita prezzo non valido secondo me (costa troppo per quello che e' dentro, si paga solo la zona).

Pros:

En lineas generales esty muy bien, un hotel que cumple con creces sus funciones y la atencion es fina.

Cons:

llama la atencion el mobiliario de las habitaciones, son de baja calidad y ergonomicamente malos. Punto a tener en cuenta.....si llegas de caminar, cansado y quieres relajarte....te queda la cama. Los sofas y sillas no son comodas. Rompen riñones.
