Clean, close to the airport with great free shuttle service & minor inconveniences
Pros:

Novotel is really close to the airport. The bus shuttle goes between Crowne Plaza, Novotel and the airport every 20 minutes starting from 4:00 am which work works great for a 6 am flight. The room was really nice, clean, with complimentary water, coffee, and tea.

Cons:

The entry to the hotel was too steep uphill. So, when someone was caring the luggage, if was not very easy to pull it up to the lobby. There was only one person at the front desk checking guests in, which was too slow. And the shuttle bus stop was not clearly marked (easy to miss in the dark).

Pros:

struttura molto accogliente e pulita, check-in e check out sono andati velocissimi, camera pulita e ordinata.

Cons:

durante il nostro soggiorno (1 notte) è capitato che per ben 2 volte nella mattinata (prima alle 8:30 e poi verso le 11:30) che entrasse nella stanza (chiusa a chiave!!!!) la signora delle pulizie. per fortuna l’ha richiusa subito appena ha notato le nostre valige vicino alla porta, però per favore dite allo staff di fare attenzione a quali camere sono ancora soggiornate oppure no!!!

Convenience and space
Pros:

Good place near airport with shuttle service back and forth. Room was large with couch and desk. Check out at noon so have a bit more time in the morning if you need it

Pros:

Convenient location and free shuttle.

Cons:

Restaurant and bar were closed at 2pm until 6pm. We got there at 215pm so out of luck. We had to walk to the Crown Plaza to get lunch.
Room was smaller than expected but adequate.
The menu at the bar and restaurant was sparce, very little to choose. Also only 1 instant coffee and no black tea in the room and no coffee cream for that.
Not adequate for the price!!!!

Only reason to stay here would be the airport distance and the shuttle service but it was limited
Cons:

Shuttle for airport is limited during summer and it was not indicated. I booked this hotel only for this service but I had to wake up 1 hour earlier because last shuttle was at 6 a.m.
My bed was very noisy
