Verblijf was prima en zoals verwacht!
Cons:

Shuttle-bus verbinding tussen station en hotel is top. Kamer was prima. Ontbijt had iets uitgebreider kunnen zijn Heeft misschien deels met presentatie te maken. Je moet soms even zoeken.😄 Kom graag nog eens terug.

Cons:

Rooms not sound proof. I booked twin bed room , turned to be doubled bed room. Staff then changed to meet my requirement on the second night.

Erg teleurstellend
Pros:

Wij kwamen om 01:00 nacht aan, bleek dat de hotel volgeboekt is terwijl ik in de middag al een kamer had geboekt via Booking. Zij gaven aan vergeten te zijn dit te melden aan mij. Waardoor ik met 3 kleine kinderen om 01:00 nu geen verblijfplaats had. Uiteindelijk hebben ze gebeld met Crown Plaza aan de overkant en konden wij daar onze nacht verblijven.

Cons:

Dat er zo wordt omgegaan met je gasten. Ik vind dit niet normaal voor zo een grote hotel keten. Bovendien gaf de baliemedewerker aan dat ik direct moest betalen om dan maar te verblijven in de crown plaza hotel. Dit vond ik echter geen probleem. Maar toen ik vroeg of ik recht heb op een enige compensatie voor deze teleurstelling en de situatie waarin ik ben beland door jullie, kreeg ik als antwoord “nee, daar moet je zelf maar voor gaan mailen en achteraan gaan” . Ik vind dit absoluut niet gepast. Jammer dat dit gebeurd in jullie hotels.
