Would highly recommend this hotel
Pros:

Approx 350m walk from Norreport Station. Very quiet room to due excellent soundproofing windows. A nice touch was the complimentary drink daily from 5pm

I really got to enjoy the culture and the people.
Pros:

Location was within walking distance to the Metro. I arrived at night and felt safe walking. Staff was friendly and helpful. My room was really nice.

Cons:

I couldn't figure out how to turn on the lights but the note on the wall helped.

18 hours of great experience and fun in a new city.
Pros:

Every employee was very helpful and friendly. I rented a bike that was great fun. The afternoon meet and great with free drink was outstanding.

Cons:

Nothing, if I stay in Copenhagen again I will call your hotel first.

Unmatchable location, with friendly staff and amazing truly local breakfast
Pros:

Unmatchable location near to main sights, transport and cool neighbourhoods. Very friendly and helpful staff, nice building, incredible truly local breakfast which I strongly recommend.

Cons:

The use of the elevator was pretty annoying, slow, busy, plus the hotel staff used the elevator during peak hours (breakfast, check out) with heavy laundry and room maintenance equipment. They could organize better between check out and check in times. The room had a terrible foot smell coming from the carpet.

Extra Large Room was clearly appreciated!
Pros:

Stayed in the Extra Large Room. Was expensive but not easy to get a room that size in Copenhagen. Enjoyed the space. My wife enjoyed the Woods products in the toilet and ended up buying from the counter. Location was good and close to the Torvehallerne Market which we really enjoyed. Nice practice of having a happy hour for guests to mingle with a free drink.

Cons:

The gym which was at Arthur Kong was too small and the morning i went, there were 4 people inside and there was no space to train. The lift was small and very slow and took a long time to come when you have heavy luggage. No safe and fridge in the room. Room was pretty dark.

Pros:

Reception staff was the highlight of the hotel. For the price I expected better.

Cons:

I was given a “Medium Room” maybe this means it has problems. Boiling coffee pot on floor because cord won’t reach the table top. Constant shower drip, I’m sure hotel knows it needs repair because of daily housekeeping visits. Shower head holder won’t keep the shower head upright also needs repair. Beds are Two twins put together, uncomfortable for a couple.

Fantastyczna obsługa, niezbyt komfortowe warunki w hotelu.
Pros:

Śniadanie było fantastyczne, produkty wysokiej jakości. Sala śniadaniowa znajdowała się w hotelu obok (przejście podwórkiem), należącym do tej samej grupy i był to hotel o wyższym standardzie, niż Ibsens, jedzenie tam śniadania było prawdziwą przyjemnością. Obsługa przemiła, uśmiechnięta, dokładająca wszelkich starań.
Położenie hotelu jest bardzo dobre, w centrum, wokół bardzo dużo restauracji i knajpek, zróżnicowanych cenowo, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Do stacji metra/pociągu/autobusu 5 min pieszo. Jednocześnie hotel znajduje się przy cichej uliczce, z dala od zgiełku miasta.
Fantastyczny personel na recepcji, pozdrawiamy zwłaszcza pana Kima, bardzo pomocny, uśmiechnięty, żartujący, mówił nawet trochę po polsku :-) zamiana pokoju po pierwszej nocy na większy, dzięki staraniom personelu, uratowała nasz pobyt w Kopenhadze.
Pokoje czyste, chociaż ubogo wyposażone (zużyte meble w stylu skandynawskim - kostki).

Cons:

Pokój, który otrzymaliśmy pierwotnie, za ponad 1200 zł/noc - ze śniadaniem (wiedziałam, że Dania jest droga, ale nie sądziłam, że aż tak) w Polsce kosztowałby może 200-300 zł... był mikroskopijny, właściwie cały zajęty przez łóżko, dookoła którego można było chodzić, ale po rozłożeniu walizki - już nie.. Brak jakiejkolwiek szafy, łazienka 1,5 m na 1,5 m, prysznic bez wydzielonej strefy, z kotarką i odpływem na środku łazienki, maleńka trójkątna umywalka w rogu, gdzie nie było nawet miejsca na kubek ze szczoteczkami i pastę....ale najgorsze było łóżko, 140 cm szerokości dla dwóch słusznej postury osób, bardzo miękkie, jeden wspólny materac, każde przewrócenie się na bok jednej osoby wybudzało drugą.... po nieprzespanej pierwszej nocy poprosiłam o zmianę - i niespodzianka, za jedyne 100 pln dopłaty (za noc) dostaliśmy już całkiem przyzwoity pokój, więcej miejsca i większe łóżko zestawione z dwóch i nareszcie można było odpocząć.
Ale nadal - brak szafy/szafki, tylko kilka wieszaków, dalej kotarka w łazience (na szczęście większej, również umywalka normalnej wielkości) i ta sama wykładzina na podłodze - jakby koc w kratkę ktoś przytwierdził do podłogi, bardzo niehigieniczne wrażenie to robiło. W pierwszym pokoju dostępne kontakty znajdowały się na przedłużaczu przy łóżku, do którego wpięta już była lampka nocna...przedłużacz leżał na tym kocu-wykładzinie.....wyobraziłam sobie minę BHP-owca z mojej firmy w tym pokoju :-)

Todella ihana ja siisti hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla!
Pros:

Hyvä sijainti ja lentokentältä oli helppo saapua. Henkilökunta todella ystävällistä ja hotellissa hyvä ilmapiiri. Klo 17-18 oli ” Cozy hour”, jolloin hotelli tarjosi juomat aulassa. Oikein viihtyisä paikka.

Aamupala oli todella hyvä ja kattava. Mies tykkäsi, kun oli kalavaihtoehtoja ja juustoja😊 Aamupalalla hieman tungosta, vaikka menimme joka aamu eri aikaan, mutta ei se kuitenkaan loppupeleissä haitannut ja ruokaa riitti kyllä.

Hotellihuone oli siisti ja viihtyisä. Sängyt oikein hyvät ja ikkunoihin sai pimennysverhon, joten unet maittoivat hyvin.

Mitään huonoa sanottavaa en hotellista keksi❤️
