It was cool
Pros:

It was very close to sesame place which we really enjoyed

Cons:

I didn’t like during check in time that the lady was watching videos on her phone while I stood there for like 10 minutes for her to acknowledge me. While she was checking me in she continued to watch videos on and off during our interaction. Very unprofessional

Horrible staff , filthy old rooms .
Pros:

Close proximity to sesame place

Cons:

The rooms were old and outdated , the beds had blood stains and the AC did not work in the room we stayed in, also the phone did not work . When letting the management know about the issues they originally stated they would compensate and did not . One of the staff from the front desk came up to our room walked inside and argued with me about how the AC worked when the room temperature was nearing 80 degrees. Complained to the general manager and he told me that I was lying this scenario never happened when I have a call record and 2 other eye witnesses that were there at the time all of this happened . And general manager also stated my complaint would go no where because he was the GM and this property was privately owned so if I didn’t like what he was doing and how rude his staff was we could leave .

Pros:

Nola at the front desk was super helpful. The staff was extremely helpful to a handicapped person such as myself.

Cons:

It would be helpful for out of towners to have an ATM at the facility

We arrived late and left early but it was nice and clean with a good breakfast
Pros:

It was easy to get to and clean. Breakfast was great!

Cons:

We arrived with 2 vehicles each pulling a trailer and we had a hard time finding a parking spot
