I was just disappointed because for the price I paid, 276$ I had breakfast included …. The next morning I was told the grill or something wasn’t working so there was no normal breakfast liked that was planned… I wish I would of got back like at least the 76$ of the 276$ for that…
The included breakfast that never happened…
the rooms were very clean and location perfect for sesame street after a long day. plus great options for dining around the hotel
breakfast was good but unfortunately seating was not always available and some guests would take all the bacon and omelettes only to be thrown away later. that's a waste for others who could not get any and a shame

The beds could be a bit more comfortable, but not terrible.
The staff was professional and friendly, the property was clean. The room had comfy beds. The pool was nice. The hotel is close to everything you need. We were near grocery stores, restaurants, malls. Everything was perfect and the hotel breakfast was great. We definitely will be returning

Queda muy serca del parque plaza sesamo a 3 minutos en carro o 12 minutos caminando el desayuno que ofrece el hotel estaba muy bien y me encanto el cafe que estaba en la entrada muy bien cafe la persona del chek inn fue muy amable
La manager de las chicas de la limpieza muy grosera y Altanera pedi algo porfavor y me ablo super pesado alas personas Blancas las trataban con respeto pero Ami y Amis hijas que somos hispanas nos trataban mal y otra situacion fue que iba subiendo el elevador y la chica de la limpieza vio que ibamos en el elevador y subio su carro de limpieza y lastimo Ami hija de 12 años y no pidio ni una disculpa
