Overall was ok. The front desk clerk is always friendly and professional.
Pros:

Noticed that The Air Conditioner in the room was not cooling in the Morning when we had a earlier check out. It may need service. Seems like it was blowing outside air in the room but not cooling or pulling the Humidity out. Room 313. We have stayed here several times before and didn't experience that in other rooms.

Cons:

Also only 1 elevator which seems slow. It was rather busy on a Friday/ Saturday which is understandable.

Stay was pretty good considering there was no breakfast and that was included…
Pros:

I was just disappointed because for the price I paid, 276$ I had breakfast included …. The next morning I was told the grill or something wasn’t working so there was no normal breakfast liked that was planned… I wish I would of got back like at least the 76$ of the 276$ for that…

Cons:

The included breakfast that never happened…

Worth the stay for families
Pros:

the rooms were very clean and location perfect for sesame street after a long day. plus great options for dining around the hotel

Cons:

breakfast was good but unfortunately seating was not always available and some guests would take all the bacon and omelettes only to be thrown away later. that's a waste for others who could not get any and a shame

We loved our stay thank you
Pros:

The staff was professional and friendly, the property was clean. The room had comfy beds. The pool was nice. The hotel is close to everything you need. We were near grocery stores, restaurants, malls. Everything was perfect and the hotel breakfast was great. We definitely will be returning
