Prettig hotel met goede voorzieningen, jammer dat 1 kamer op een andere verdieping zonder airco was

Prettig hotel, goed ontbijt, lekker gegeten.

Cons:

Van de 3 kamers waren er 2 dicht bij elkaar, de derde was een verdieping hoger. De derde kamer had geen airco, de 2 andere wel, wat juist op de dagen dat wij er waren (met code rood) wel erg nodig was.

Hotel prima, restaurant niet aan te bevelen.
Pros:

Kamers/bedden faciliteiten goed. Personeel receptie erg vriendelijk. Ontbijt voldoende. Personeel ontbijt vriendelijk.

Cons:

Personeel van het restaurant was niet vriendelijk, eten matig.
Als aperitief een fles cava besteld. Toen deze open werd gemaakt door de serveerster spoot de cava er uit. Geen excuus, geen glas cava ter vergoeding van een andere fles. We hebben ons verwonderd maar hier niets over gezegd.
Voorgerecht nog niet op, hoofdgerecht werd bij gezet. Ondanks dat we eerder vroegen of we wat langer mochten wachten tussen de gangen door. Dochter had alleen een hoofdgerecht maar kreeg het ondanks eerder vragen toch bij ons voorgerecht. Dit konden we teruggegeven. Met het serveren van het hoofdgerecht kwam er een opgewarmde bief. Na verzoek toch een nieuwe gekregen. Toen we vroegen om één vergeten dessert werd het bijna op tafel gegooid.
Wij dachten een gezellig avondje met onze dochters te hebben met een 3-gangen menu. We voelden ons verre van welkom.

Prima locatie als uitvalsbasis voor het centrum van Maastricht.
Pros:

Heerlijke bedden, je valt direct in slaap!

Cons:

Hoewel de doucheruimte was gerenoveerd moest je nog steeds in bad staan te douchen. Ook het afvalemmertje was stuk.

Sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Sehr nettes, hilfsbereites Personal.

Cons:

Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb. Der lokale Bus fuhr nicht, sodass das Hotel lediglich mit Auto oder Taxi am besten zu erreichen war.

Für eine Nacht völlig in Ordnung.
Pros:

Großes geräumiges Zimmer mit Verbindungstür zum Nachbarzimmer. Das Zimmer ist modern gestaltet. Gutes Frühstück. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hätte an manch einer Stelle sauberer sein können. Klimaanlage war defekt. Toilettenpapier sehr knapp bemessen.

Guter Komfort, nettes Personal. Lage sehr gut, Bushaltestelle zur Innenstadt 3 Min. entfernt. Kostenfreier Parkplatz um die Ecke/ Stadionstraße. Gerne wieder.
