Pros:

Ms Neyni, hotel personnel greeted me at the entrance and accompanied to reception desk, check-in was such a beautiful start to my stay at the hotel. Her warm and welcoming service immediately made me feel that I had chosen the right hotel for a staycation with my friend.
From check-in to check-out, everything was easy and smooth. The room was lovely, comfortable and clean with a very cosy bed and pillows. We also enjoyed tea time and breakfast at Atrium : good food, a peaceful ambience and the perfect place to catch up with friends.
The entire team including Neyni, were friendly, caring, helpful and always greeted us with a smile.
Thank you for making our stay so pleasant and memorable. It was truly a wonderful experience! ❤️

Good spot with nice amenities
Pros:

On arrival the staff bent over backwards to greet us and make our check-in process very easy. The rooms were clean, spacious and well appointed. We had coffee and some snacks after checking in at the lobby lounge and it was nice, although the service was a bit slow.

Cons:

The second day we had a meeting around 9:30 so skipped breakfast and decided to have a late breakfast when we got back which was 10:30. My wife and I ordered simple continental style breakfast to make it quick but after 45 minutes it still hadn't arrived and we had to pack so I requested it to be sent to our room. By 12:00 midday we needed to leave to get to the airport and the breakfast still had not arrived. The restaurant staff might need a kick up the butt, as they are detracting from what is otherwise a very nice hotel.

Heaven on Earth experience! Luxury at its best !
Pros:

Everything!! It was one of my best experiences in a hotel so far! Everything was so clean, spacious and luxurious.. Marriot PJ hosted us so well with the affordable prices and peaceful atmosphere too! Staff are very friendly and helpful too! My family and I had a wonderful stay!

Cons:

The hotel said there was minor issues but when I got there they had major issues and made me stay somewhere else. Still no refund either after contacting them multiple times. Almost like I was being scammed
