We really enjoyed our stay here. The siting of the hotel was good, close to transport and museums etc. Staff were pleasamt and helpful especially Jay whoserved us at lunch and breakfast. And speaking of breakfast, this was the best hotel breakfast we have had anywhere. The hot foods were hot and not just left sittring in bain maries for ages, and wer really flavoursome.

I stayed here 2 nights as I extended my stay. The room was gorgeous. One of the nicest rooms I have ever been in. The bed and pillows were super comfy and the robe was cosy and soft. I only had the breakfast one day but the options were great and the food was delicious.
On the Sunday morning the housekeeping staff were making A LOT of noise at 9am. The check out was 11. I was on the phone to my partner (as I was woken by it) and even he could hear the vacuuming etc in the background. Whilst I appreciate the rooms must be cleaned, you would think it would happen close to or post check out time, especially on a weekend. I didn’t expect to be unable to sleep in at a 5* hotel. The other morning was slightly later maybe 9.30.
