Pros:

Habitación cómoda y con aire acondicionado que funciona bien. Personal amable.
Está bien ubicado a pocos minutos del centro y de la plaza de La Comedie. Está al lado del centro comercial (todo tipo de tiendas, cafeterías) aunque el acceso es algo cutre.

Cons:

Si la cadena Mercure es de 4 estrellas, tendría que tener mejores toallas y un armario en lugar de una barra para colgar como un Ibis.
Los precios son algo elevados para lo que ofrecen.

Extrêmement bien placé. Parking pratique et à un prix raisonnable. service rapide au bar.

Cons:

Chambre pas bien aspiré et cleaning un peut rapide. Pas de chausson, ni de peignoir, ce qui est un peu dommage pour cet etablissement

Parking is not free at the hotel ... disappointing and false advertising.

Facilities were clean. Central location

Cons:

It stated there was parking available where this is not the case. I was informed upon check in you have to pay for parking (17 euro) and its not in the same location as the Hotel. The next day upon check out i was told parking was free?.... this was increadibly frustrating and if i knew i had to pay for parking i would have booked another hotel.
