Ik had hen gemaild dat ik op de laagste verdieping wilde ivm ik gedeeltelijk in een rolstoel zit en liftangst heb en daarom met de trap zou moet maar ik maar een paar treden kon lopen. Daar aangekomen waren we verbaast dat ze niet terug hadden gemaild dat het behoorlijk wat treden waren naar de laagste verdieping. Daar kregen we dat pas ter plaatse te horen, want anders hadden we daar niet geboekt. Mijn zoon heeft mij op zijn rug naar boven getild, dat lijkt me biet de bedoeling en dat was zeer oncomfortabel. Voor ons geen Mercure meer ivm ze niet eens de moeite nemen om hierover contact op te nemen. We waren €280,- kwijt voor een oncomfortabel verblijf.
