Pros:

We loved the location, the staff were exceptional especially Catarina! It was very clean!

Bra läge, nära många sevärdheter men ändå lugnt boende. Fräscht och familjärt.
Pros:

Varierande frukost där det fanns något alla i familjen gillade och åt bra av. Personalen var så trevlig. Härligt med så många olika nationaliteter! Det gjorde oss också bekvämare med att prata engelska med vår eventuella brytning och grammatiska fel då och då. Bra ljudisolering i hotellets rul och lugnt trots läget nära Towern.

Cons:

Obekväm bäddsoffa, för hård för en vuxen att sova på. Extra bäddmadrass hade behövts.

Muy cómodo y ubicación excelente
Pros:

La ubicación, el tamaño de la habitación, el sofá cama era cómodo y cabían los dos niños, el baño, la limpieza, la amabilidad del personal. Podíamos rellenar las botellas de agua en máquinas en en hall y en cada piso de las habitaciones.
Fuimos en julio cuando hacía mucho calor y el aire acondicionado funcionaba perfectamente

Cons:

El desayuno estaba muy bueno pero añadiría más variedad de frutas y fiambres (jamones, queso…etc).

Excellent location!
Pros:

An excellent location! Just a 2 minute walk to the train station. Stayed with my husband and 2 kids. The room was small but comfortable nonetheless. Perfect as we we were out and about most of the time. I would definitely stay here again!

Cons:

I wish there were mirrors in the room. There are no phones for room service in the rooms but the staff at reception was extremely obliging and helpful.

There was building work going on and was too loud for us to stay in our room in the late afternoon and early evening. Noise finished at 6pm but started again at 7:30am. The staff were not sympathetic and despite a free drink made no concession. They did move us further along the same corridor and although the noise was slightly less in the evening the work started agin directly outside of our room at 7:30am. We were not told about the work when we book or when we checked in.
