Location - right beside Tower Bridge tube station in the financial district area. Lovely area. Great breakfast. Lovely staff. Water filling stations on each floor. Great Aircon in room.
The bed/mattress was hard. The pillows were poor quality for what I expected from a hotel of this cost and rating.

The location is brilliant. City centre, close to the tube, quiet streets. Plenty of Tescos nearby. Food was good, coffee magnificent. Managed to fit our family of four in one room comfortably - rare for London.
We did have a payment issue - several sums taken instead of one due to a system error. Thankfully sorted it out. Hotel staff and the manager were very accommodating.
