Friendly welcoming and very friendly staff upon arrival and departure .
Pros:

I enjoyed the comfort of the bed, the quality of the room.
I missed the breakfast, as i had to leave 5:45am.
However the staff let me have a coffee, croissant and cake.
Very friendly staff on booking in, ordering food and a drink at night.

Cons:

Small amount of coffee in the room, no biscuits.

It was comfortable.
Pros:

Breakfast was good what I needed , room was fine , bed a bit hard but ok.

Cons:

That I had to go on my knees to put heating on in the room as it was cold, no thermometer on the wall.
