Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good.
We have stayed at the hotel at least three times. Loved staying in the "premier" rooms. Very quiet. Unfortunately the rooms really need a lot of updates. Wallpaper coming off the walls. Air conditioning cannot be controlled. Doesn't get cold enough. Shower heads definitely need changing. Where the floor meets the wall in the bathroom is very dirty.
Staff were friendly. Nice layout to hotel.
Room was not clean. Carpet was filthy and we raised the issue 3 times but the carpet was not properly cleaned. Our baby was black with dirt from.just crawling around in our room. It was awful.
The restaurant was great. The 2 pools were great.
The facility was not the cleanest and the toilets were way too low for seniors and people with bad knees.
Many amenities for use.
Older rooms could use a renovation that is more substantial especially the carpets which are just laid over cement. There was a hair dryer on the wall in washroom which we did not use but noticed in the morning had a smear of what looked like poo on its handle. This is very gross and unsanitary.
So much to do right at the hotel!
It was tough to keep the room humidity comfortable without running the a/c all the time. To be fair, it was a hot, humid weekend.

Staff was very friendly and location was great.
AC in room didn't work and was extremely loud all night making for an uncomfortable sleep for everyone, hotel wasn't very clean, shower water didn't drain very good in tub, indoor pool needs some ventilation very heavy chlorine smell. Don't feel like the photos of the hotel are accurate.
Good proximity to highway. Montana and Kelsey restaurant across the street. Breakfast was provided.
Some areas are tired looking.
