No air conditioning in the bedroom, only the room when you walked in. Beds were like sleeping on a very hard board. Breakfast was for crap.

Home away from home
Pros:

I stayed at Larkspur Landing while attending a conference for work. The hotel manager was so attentive to my needs when I forgot my phone charger at home, when my colleague and I needed a ride to the venue, restaurant recommendations. Every step was delivered with a smile and a helpful attitude the enter time. My room was spacious and the kitchenette allowed me to grab a meal and take it back to my room and reheat for later! I recommend Larkspur!

Excellent location with friendly staff and comfortable room!
Pros:

Breakfast was just okay. Would have liked a hot breakfast option.
