2 rooms have been booked by error as we were a family of four and the manager told me it was impossible to refund as the room was reserved under my name even tough clearly the hotel was not overbooked… it makes no sense .. he told me it was better to call the hotel after each reservation to make sure the reservation is okay but its clearly a website error…

Bathtub/shower was broken and unusable and air conditioner didn't work either

Close to where we wanted to be. Unfortunately early start so didn't try the breakfast but looked good. Beds were a little hard but no an issue. Room was clean.

Stayed there a few times and it's in a great location.
There was a bus tour in the hotel. Nothing against tours but tell management staff to tell the tour group to either stay in their rooms or go outside when talking instead of talking or yelling from one end of the hall to the other. The other thing is maybe put the tour at one end of the hotel so other customers can get some sleep. Dan
