A nice place to stay in London. Great location to all the sights but far enough away for some quiet time

Die Lage ist toll. Ruhig und trotzdem nah zum Parlament.

Cons:

Unser Deluxe room war so klein (immerhin 550 Pfund pro Nacht, ohne Frühstück), dass wir nur einen Beistelltisch hatten und der Schrank so klein war, dass wir aus dem Koffer lebten.
In der Woche gibt es von 17:30-18:30h ein Drink in der Lobby. Wir kamen (echt wahr) um 18:32h und bekamen nichts mehr, weil die Zeit um war. Das war etwas picky. Es gibt keinen Pool.

Great location. Lovely room.

Another wonderful stay, will return
Pros:

This was my third stay at the St. Ermin's and the service will have me returning. From the breakfast to the wine hour, the St. Ermin's goes above and beyond to make guests feel at home. In particular, Nahid Yasin helped us celebrate my friend's birthday by sending treats to our room, which was a fun surprise and made us feel like valued guests. We look forward to celebrating our next occasion at the St. Ermin's.

All around great experience.
Pros:

One of the most enjoyable hotel stays we have had in many years of travel both in the US and Europe. Excellent staff, great food and very fair price point. On a quiet street in Westminster. Very safe and walkable to many attractions. Tube stations close by. We are coming back to this property next time in London.

Wonderful hotel with charm in a perfect area for exploration.
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at St. Ermin's Hotel. The location is excellent—perfect for exploring London—and the hotel itself is beautiful, with plenty of character and charm.

While we experienced a few hiccups at check-in, the hotel manager and staff were very responsive once we brought the issues to their attention. Their professionalism and commitment to guest satisfaction turned the situation around quickly.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend St. Ermin's to anyone visiting London.

Great location. Door staff lovely.
Pros:

Great location. Frontage beautiful and nice original interior. Would have liked to use the terrace.

Cons:

We had x4 in one room. X2 double beds in what I would say was a double only room. It was small and too cramped for a family.
We were asked about upgrading for £60 a night which I said yes to, only for our receptionist to have a chat with her manager- who then said no. No rooms available apparently, which I didn’t think was correct and it left a bad taste.

Easily our best hotel experience ever. You won't be disappointed!
Pros:

We've stayed in many fine hotels. Staying here was easily our best experience. First, it is simply beautiful; the preserved architectural details in the lobby are stunning and the decor all over is beautiful. Second, the staff are amazing; they are friendly, professional and efficient. They remember your name and immediately are ready to help whether to call a cab, find a lost phone, bring your favorite drink which they always remember, etc. The hotel's saloon car will pick you up at the airport and take you back at a reasonable price. You can't beat that for convenience. Finally, our package included the morning breakfast which is a smorgasbord of delicious hot and cold food, pastries, and eggs cooked to order. You won't be disappointed!
