A great place to stay
Pros:

The room was clean and we had an easy time checking in with the virtual agent at the front desk. The breakfast in the morning was the standard hotel breakfast but it was good and the staff was very friendly.

Cons:

No complaints at all we had a great experience.

Not upscale, mid grade maybe...
Pros:

The location was good for things to do, easy to gwt in and out of and close to alot

Cons:

The bed was hard, no hot water, only warm water. The elevator sounded horrible. Outlets were broken. Communication with the staff at front desk (the live person) was horrible no customer service skills at all. Had a pretty big issue where room was canceled and no communication was made at all. It was fixed but only after part of our party that had already checked in went down to talk to them
Gm was nice and ha died everything next day.
Not keen on the digital door locks, had alot of issues getting our door to turn on to put code in.
The vitual help at the desk is odd, if their is noise in the area you can barely hear them.
Asked the cleaning cre a question and none of them understood a work we said.
The over all experience left a bad feeling and all that was offered was the small discount that was already given on the room they canceled.
Won't be returning unless things change.

Excellent location but wouldn’t stay here again

Awesome
Pros:

The breakfast was awesome and the staff so friendly it really made my day. Also the pillows were so comfy me and my wife had such a great sleep. We enjoyed walking around and santana row was a quick walk to delicious eats.
