I am in love with a lifelong family friend, i will be happy seeing him anywhere.

Always like to clean room, the people and the location.

Cons:

More towels, more coffee supplies like sugars and creamers. An ice bucket. A bigger refrigerator.

Not the safest hotel especially when traveling alone
Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

Parking garage wasn’t gated and on the first floor, receptionists was on 2nd floor and rooms were on the 3rd floor.
Industry fan in room had only one speed/high

We had a very comfortable stay. Coffee was great.

I like that it was closed to our destination, it was clean and provided breakfast.

Cons:

Bathtub looked ran down and hard to get in. The room was closed to the street and there was noise all night. Pillows were uncomfortable.

Great location but was overpriced for what you get.
Pros:

The location is the best feature. It’s 2 mins from Westfield Mall / Santana Row. It was clean. Free breakfast.

Cons:

It was expensive per night for a small room that wasn’t anything special. Free breakfast was nice but it was very basic. The gym is like 3 machines (all cardio) so I still had to travel to my Gym. There was sometimes a kiosk with someone from around the world at the front desk as Staff , presumably to save money ?

Pros:

The activities you can do around the hotel. The beds were also really comfy. Nice tv set up.

Cons:

Some of the things seem a bit outdated or overlooked perhaps . Leaky spout in the bathroom , lights flicker from time to time. That elevator is kind of sketchy too.
