Pros:

Hard to find something I liked. I guess I would say the person that check us in was helpful with changing our room. I liked leaving in the morning.

Cons:

The parking situation using a public lot is poor had to park in the last spot in the lot far from the front door, then when I checked in was told I had to put a pass on the dash or I would be ticketed or towed. Seems like they could have a few spaces to use upon checking, and then go park your car.

The halls were narrow, the only elevator is slow, walls seem thin as noise from adjacent rooms is easily heard.

The coffee service and breakfast options are pretty weak. OJ kept behind locked refrig,

Barely slept Friday and Saturday night. Noise neighborhood. A nearby bar with people laughing and talking loudly until 4am.

Pros:

My cómodo, la atención de Matthew fue excelente me ayudó con indicaciones para ir hasta San Jose.
A una distancia caminable del downtown de Sunnyvale, pude atender mis reuniones sin problema

Cons:

Great place and service with a smile
Pros:

Close to downtown eateries. Very convenient walking distance. Rooms ver clean, bed comfortable!

Cons:

They did some painting in the hallways and the smell was very strong, so we requested another floor and they were very accommodating.
