Bed was comfortable, room was reasonably clean, majority of staff were friendly. Breakfast was as expected.

Cons:

One member of evening restaurant staff didn't crack a smile. We had one evening meal which was average, fish and chips... chips were fine, fish was overcooked, the batter disintegrated into crumbs.
We paid for an executive room.......air con was temperamental, bathroom did not give impression of being executive, an over bath shower in a stained bath, drinks tray, coffee machine and fridge were not clean.

Mechanism in the sink broke we had to brush our teeth in the bath and couldn't face wash. No tea making facilities as in every hotel we've been to

A comfortable and enjoyable stay with friendly staff and an excellent location.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was convenient for getting around Sutton and visiting nearby areas in London.

Cons:

I did not order breakfast, so I cannot comment on it. The hotel was nice and quiet during my stay. It was a good experience for me, and I enjoyed my time there.
