Great hotel for service and comfort
Pros:

The staff were so friendly and helpful, the room was large and well designed for every need, the bed was comfortable. Nice room service breakfast too

It is ideally located for transport links to central London and customer service was very good.

Good for people / families using public transport and having kids
Pros:

We were offered a free buffet (quality was ok) for kids. Hotel premises had an attractive restaurant (incl. someone premium brands like Starbucks) which offered few meal (breakfast/Lunch/ dinner) options and drinks options.

Cons:

Rooms and overall infrastructure was old (e.g. It did not had any USB chargers as well as no plug points along the bed). Besides, parking was expensive which was a surprise especially as for most of other IHG locations it is for free.

Pros:

Fijn restaurant met hele lieve medewerkers! Locatie is fijn, dicht bij winkels en het OV.

Cons:

We zijn hier twee jaar terug ook geweest, dat was goed bevallen dus kwamen we terug. Maar we hadden nu andere kamers die tegenvielen. Kleine bedden mijn man en ik paste er niet samen in waardoor ik op de bank moest, geen koelkast. Ik had vooraf een berichtje gestuurd dat we graag geschakelde kamers wilden ivm de kinderen. Maar dan moest ik een duurdere kamer boeken was het antwoord dat kon niet bij deze kamers, maar tot mijn verbazing zaten er schakel deuren in de kamers, alleen kregen de kinderen een kamer niet naast ons, jammer!

Great food and pool facilities.
Pros:

The pool is lovely although the jacuzzi was a tad aggressive. The staff were lovely, especially the young man at the bar. He was super friendly and really helpful.

Cons:

The wifi could be faster.

Premium stay in a lovely spa hotel
Pros:

The deco is great and it is very clean! The building from the outside does not look great but inside its fantastic, modern and kept in great condition!
The staff were super helpful.
The bathroom was beautiful and the shower system was phenomenal!

Cons:

Apparently I was supposed to have bathrobes and slippers included but there were not in the room. To be honest i did not bothered asking for it as I did not need them.

Excellent value for money and made to feel very welcome
Pros:

After a last minute family emergency I had to book into this hotel which was 20mins from my home in south London. There is a train station nearby should people need to get into central London.
Modern, spotlessly clean and the swimming pool was welcome break for my children.

There was a slight issue with the sofa bed in our room as it hadn’t been made up. After waiting 2 hours and it still not being made, the receptionist enlisted help from the gentleman behind the bar who was an amazing help.

The receptionist was extremely apologetic and offered free drinks and breakfast as a gesture of good well. The barman also gave me discount on the food as a way of apology too.

The cleaning staff were wonderful, friendly and so helpful when we did not have toothpaste.

The room was modern, well decorated with facilities such as a coffee machine and fridge.

Breakfast was excellent and again wonderful staff.

In a world where it is very easy to complain and be negative I feel it is important to say how wonderful all the staff were at this hotel and would like to say thank you.
