Pros:

Loved that the hot tub was hot. Didn't like that it opened or closed at 9. Needed it later at night, also earlier in the morning.

Pros:

it was a convenient location

Cons:

the pool was cloudy and dirty looking not to mention freezing cold. The rooms were outdated looking and the carpet was dirty. the shower didn't look very clean and there were roaches outside of the door of our room and I was terrified there were some inside of our room but didn't end up finding any thank god

Will never stay there again.
Pros:

Not much! People were polite.

Cons:

Poor conditions of bathroom. The bedroom was very close to high speed road, near a set of traffic lights resulting in a constant unpleasant noise throughout of day and night!, so difficult to sleep.

Pros:

Great location, great restaurant with an awesome display of Marty Robbins's outfit and signed guitar! So many signatures of legendary country singers, like Hank Snow and Porter Wagoner. That is a reason to come back and stay again. Loved to know the history of hotel more. Nice shuttle service to Opryland hotel and Grande Old Opry.

Cons:

Comfortable room but small. Older hotel that could be updated.

Elevators not convenient. We used the stairs.
We wanted to use the shuttle to the resort. The driver was rude and didn’t give us good instructions about getting picked up to return. We had to walk back.

The facility was very clean!

Cons:

Housekeeping would NOT send items needed that were requested such as extra towels, hand towels,and wash cloths! They sent fewer than requested to our room with no explanation why! The hotel closed the pool and the hot tub at 6:30 on my birthday without consulting us of any change prior to check in! This happened on my 60th birthday and were forced to check out and leave the property as a result! Ruined my 60th Birthday! Even though we were only charged for one night stay, this was unacceptable!

We were very pleased and would stay there again.
Pros:

Location - close to restaurants we wanted to try, the Opry Mills Mall, and Gaylord Opryland Resort.
Bed was comfortable with lots of pillows
Our room was located on the first floor/interior at the end away from the pool, which made it convenient to use, but not close enough to be a bother. Our granddaughter enjoyed the children's pool.
The soap, shampoo and body wash - lovely scent

Cons:

The overwhelming chlorine smell.
The bathroom could have been a little nicer and the towels a little softer.

Affordable alternative to the Gaylord
Pros:

The Inn at the Opry was relatively inexpensive to the Gaylord but probably more expensive than it should have been. Friendly staff and convenient location--we literally walked to the Gaylord and Opry after the shuttle stopped running. It appears to be an old motel-style place that has been redone. It was super-quiet, given the size and the number of people staying there. The mattresses are worn out and need to be replaced. We did not sleep well because of that.
