Wir haben uns diese Nacht sehr gut erholt für die Weiterfahrt am nächsten Tag.
Pros:

Das Hotel hatte diese Nacht nur 25 Gäste im Haus, somit war es abends möglich sich auch ein wenig mit dem Personal auszutauschen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war am Folgetag jedoch sehr gutr bestückt !!!!

Nicht wieder!!!
Pros:

Das Personal st sehr freundlich.
Der Barbereich sehr gemütlich und auch der Barkeeper sehr aufmerksam.
Getränke & Essen fantastisch, allerdings einen Hauch zu teuer.
Die Lage ist zur Arena und Expogelände sehr gut.

Cons:

In der Lobby vom Anreisebereich ist ein sehr unangenehmer und aufdringlicher Duftstoff platziert.
Kofferwagen fehlen dort komplett, so muss man erst zur Rezeption hochfahren und ggf. einen Wagen organisieren.

Badezimmer: Dusche ist mit glattem Granitboden sehr rutschig und da die Glastrennwand zu schmal ist, steht das Bad förmlich unter Wasser. Absaugung der feuchten Luft ungenügend ausgelegt, hier hat man dann eine Tropfsteinhöhle.
Im Türrahmen Bad zum Flur ist eine ca. 2cm hohe Granitstufe verbaut die nicht gut sichtbar und völliger Nonsens ist.
Meine Freundin hat sich dermaßen den Zeh gestoßen, dass dieser blau wurde.
Der Waschbeckenablauf war undicht und somit der Boden nach jedem Händewaschen nass.
Des Weiteren ist bei einem Hotel dieser Klasse eine Nespressomaschiene nicht zuviel verlangt. Aber ich wurde vom Management darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass es ja in der Ausstattung beschrieben ist. Tut mir echt leid....das Kaffeepulver und die Trockenmilch können sie direkt einsparen.
Der Kleiderschrank hatte innen Dauerbeleuchtung ohne die Möglichkeit diese auszuschalten. Als Dunkelschläfer sehr störend. TV funktionierte drei Tage nicht. Aussage: Problem mit der Elektronik auf der gesamten Etage.
Über mir im Zimmer, also eine Etage höher, war die halbe Nacht scheinbar ein Elefant unterwegs.

Meine Beschwerde ans Management habe ich schriftlich geäußert und auch einen möglichen erneuten Aufenthalt im Hotel sehr deutlich ausgeschlossen.
Stellen sie sich vor was ich angeboten bekommen habe? Einen reduzieren und ggf. erneute Aufenthalt.
Echter Kundenservice sieht anders aus. Auch hier wird Kundenzufriedenheit eher klein geschrieben!!!

Top Hotel für Events auf der Expo Plaza
Pros:

Leandro am Empfang war supernett und hilfsbereit. Den Wunsch nach einem möglichst ruhigen Zimmer konnte er trotz hoher Buchungsquote erfüllen.
Self-Scan Mini-Supermarkt ist klasse. Frühstück abwechslungsreich.

Hotel mit Enttäuschungen

Entfernung zum Festivalgelände

Cons:

Wir sind um 13.30 Uhr im Hotel eingetroffen. Die Begrüßung war das man uns relativ unhöflich
zu verstehen gab das wir nur durch eine Zusatzzahlung schon aufs Zimmer könnte. Ohne Zuzahlung
erst um 15 Uhr. Das empfinde ich als "Abzocke"!
Nachts kam vom Plaza Gelände noch sehr laute Musik und Lärm vom Abbauen. Erst um 2 Uhr Morgens kam man zum Schlafen!

It was our 4th stay in connection with the Plaza Festival and we truly enjoy this possibiltiy.
Pros:

Room was clean and ready. Service was readily available and the early check-in was perfect. We enjoyed breakfast and parking is a bit expensive, but better than parking out on the street. Thank you also for having the bar open after the concert. It really is great to wind up the fantastic evening with a nightcap.

Cons:

We already mentioned it at the front desk that the coffee machine wasn't functioning properly. The water was only lukewarm. The fruits at the breakfast buffet were a bit oversized. Maybe try cutting them into bite size for yoghurt and müsli eaters.
