All in all it’s a good clean quiet place to stay at my only complaint was getting stuck in the elevator
Pros:

The location was nice and quiet the rooms were clean and the price was good

Cons:

The breakfast wasn’t the greatest and I did get stuck in the elevator for 20 mins that wasn’t very fun and the elevator was down for the next day so it was hard for my family member to get upstairs

Had to pay for room twice and wasn't reimbursed and still havent recieved my safety deposit so spent $700 for 1 night pretty disappointed there

I am disappointed in the hotel management's avoidance and unwillingness to provide basic service.
Pros:

Proximity to the soccer tournament- I coach teams that competed.

Cons:

Management- our room had a smoke smell. I reported it to the front desk, he gave me a spray to neutralize the smell. It helped but the smell was still there. So we asked to leave to find a different hotel. The front desk was understanding but the manager never called us back- still trying to talk to the hotel manager. The manager is still avoiding our calls.

A hidden gem worth finding.
Pros:

A little ways out of the way in tens of downtown. But worth it when you finally get there.

It was a good experience and I would definitely recommend it to other friends.
