It was central, some of the front desk staff was very nice

Cons:

They charged for parking even when we are staying there and there was no breakfast added, we have stayed at other hotels there with breakfast and parking included for less. Also it said the pool was heated but some days it felt warm but others were cold.

Everything was good.
Pros:

We love the central location and very comfortable beds.

We couldn't get the remote to work for the TV. The balcony wasn't exactly the kind you could sit and chill.

Nice hotel but with some significant shortcomings
Pros:

This hotel has some great things about it but significant negatives as well. First, the pros: We stayed in a nice-sized remodeled room facing the pool area (well, not really—see below) so we wouldn't hear street noise. The room was quiet, the beds were great, and the shower was very good with nice grab bar and rubber mat. The hotel has a central location that's super-convenient to Little Italy, downtown, and the waterfront—you won't need a car here (and in fact, may not want to bring one because of the exorbitant parking fee—more on that in a minute).

Now, the cons: Figuring out where to park when checking in is confusing/wrong if you use Siri’s directions—call the hotel for directions. You'll pay $30 per night to park in an unsecured garage in an area that has a significant homeless population—unfortunately, I didn't notice this when reserving on my phone or I might have stayed elsewhere. The garage spaces are also unusually hard to get into and out of—there's just not much space, especially if there are large SUVs next to you or behind you. Although we were happy with our room on the whole, the toilet was very short—it may be good for kids but not for adults used to standard "comfort height" toilets. Our supposed “pool view” was actually just a sliver of the pool—the rest was of the top of a parking garage. Also, although this was a Best Western Plus, there was no free breakfast like in all the other Best Western Plus hotels I've stayed at. Finally, while you can easily walk to Little Italy, the waterfront, public transportation, etc., safely during the day, I would definitely not feel safe on some of the less populated streets here at night.

there was very comfortable and was like my home. I stayed twice here. I had many good memories. I hope to come again soon. staff was good service provided for me. and there is capsule coffee. It was really delicious.
