Convenient for restaurants and downtown

Love the location. Walking distance to the Harbor. The Gas Lamp District was great. The Food was incredible. We went on Habor Dinner Cruise. (I recommend everyone should take a Flagship Cruise.) Rented Bikes and Explored to Harbor.
Additional charge for Hotel Parking. No Breakfast Included. Also we had a terrible experience with our car Rental Car. Never use Payless Car Rental. ( Wish I read there reviews first.) Recommend they should not be in rental choices.

Staff were all amazing! Friendly, helpful, gave great local recommendations and directions. The highest value asset of this property hands-down.
For the price, I would expect at least a bare minimum breakfast of muffins, cereal, juice.

The property is beautiful and the location is very central.
Our standard Mountain View room was overlooking the parking lot and valet. It was noisy. I didn’t expect an oven view room but this was Ridiculious. Staff at the front desk was anything but helpful. The manager was condescending. I felt like I was scammed. The room was expensive. They took advantage of 2 women. I will never go there again. There are other lovely less expensive options.
