Pros:

Our first and very affordable place of stay after long non-stop travel from Montana. Good starting point to explore Seattle the next day. Staff friendly, large parking lot, breakfast ok We were given complimentary water at checkout, thank you very much :-)

The staff was always helpful and professional.

The bed was lumpy.

The breakfast was a little miminal. No cream cheese for the bagels. Coffee kinda watery.

Worth the price and an easy location to travel throughout the area.
Pros:

The room was really large considering it had two queen beds, a table, and chairs. I appreciated the size and the table being near a window as I worked some while I was in the area. The staff were very friendly and helpful during the stay. My family member enjoyed the variety of the breakfast.

Was close to family and friends we were visiting and cheaper than Courtyard.
Pros:

Meh. Rooms need to be remodeled. Bathtub faucet needs to be replaced. It was about to come off!

There was a large strange spot on the sofa and found a dirty pillow case on the bed. The shower curtain rod is barely attached to the walls.

We enjoyed or stay and the check in / out folks at the front desk were very helpful.
Pros:

Breakfast was good! Room was quiet.

Cons:

Access on to highway was difficult if going to Kirkland. Access door to room did not close snugly leaving space and light at the bottom and side.
