Aamiainen oli riittävän monipuolinen; lämpimiä ruokia, hedelmiä, jogurttia, leikkeleitä, sekä kurkkua ja tomaattia. Hyvät kahvit, teet ja mehut. Pyynnöstä
sai erittäin maukkaat gluteenittomat tuotteet. Aamiaishuone oli kaunis. Itse hotellirakennus oli hieno ja samoin huoneemme, jossa antiikkihuonekalut. Huone oli erittäin tilava ja korkea. Huoneessa oli jääkaappi, mutta ei vedenkeitintä, mutta hotellissa oli kahvi/tee/olohuone. Kylpyhuoneessa uusi tehokas fööni. Hyvä rauhallinen sijainti vähän ydinkeskustan ulkopuolella.

Kylpyhuone oli pieni, mutta riittävän kokoinen.

First time in Florence and I couldn’t be more pleased with our stay.

Pleasant stay in an old villa with perfect breakfast
Pros:

The breakfast was spot on with many treats cooked by the hotel staff as well as the usual yogurt, muesli, eggs, cherry tomatoes, olives, and pastries. The woman who seemed to be in charge was particularly kind and caring. Our room was spacious and cosy with a very high ceiling, though nothing fancy. Plenty of space for clothes was available in many cupboards. Still and sparkling water bottles were put every day in our fridge.

Cons:

Traffic noise was unpleasant day and night for me even if the hotel wasn't in a busy street. The windows were not insulated against noise and high/low temperature (there is a very efficient air conditioner). The second floor rooms are difficult to reach with heavy luggage but we got help from the staff at arrival. Even so, it'd be difficult to manage the stairs for some people. In that case, it'd be better asking for a room downstairs. The room price was acceptable because of the low season but I wouldn't book this hotel at a higher rate. This hotel is not far from the historic centre of Florence.

La disponibilità e la gentilezza di tutto lo staff 24h su 24.
Ottima la colazione, ricca di varietà tra dolce e salato.
Buona la posizione.

Cons:

L'insonorizzazione è assente, essendo una villa datata ovviamente non ha gli infissi insonorizzati.
Il materasso del letto è un po' troppo duro.
Il prezzo del soggiorno è un po' altino, soprattutto il parcheggio di €23 a notte.

Nice, quiet accommodation
Pros:

Beautiful historic building with an internal courtyard (with car parking). Very good breakfast. Some details are old (but that gives an additional impression of the building from that time). Safe and quiet area.

Cons:

Without affecting the overall impression, considering that the room was on the ground floor, overlooking the courtyard, the closing of the (old) windows should be improved a bit.
