Le petit-déjeuner est excellent et représente le point fort de cet établissement. Le quartier où est situé Villa Liana, un peu à l'écart mais proche de l'Arno, est très agréable.

Just out of ZTL Zone ( zone for being at central, do not confuse the zone for emission for old cars) and having private parking with fee;

Cons:

Bathroom is not being cold despite rooms are cool thanks to ACs due to the structure being Villa and window isolations are difficult once they are made of wooden frame.

Хорошее расположение в близи от всех достопримечательностей. Нам предоставили большую квартиру в доме во внутреннем дворе гостиницы с выходом в красивый сад. Завтрак хороший, с относительно скромным выбором.

Pros:

We liked a lot our stay: the hotel is very chick and cozy, very beautiful inside, room is spacious. Breakfast is good, staff is very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

1. We arrived in the challenging period for car drivers: all streets around are closed for repair and we managed to find the car entrance only from the 2nd attempt. Be careful with this point as many streets around are ZTL.

2. Rooms are not equipped with anything accept bottles of water (no tea pot, no coffee machine in the room). You can only use these facilities in the common room for all guests.

3. Hotel does not have elevator as it’s an old building, so be careful with your luggage.

4. We had safe in our room but it had to be closed not by digital code but by physical key, and it was n/a in the room.
