Lovely hotel, staff and in a quieter area of Florence but near all the sights.
Pros:

Lovely traditional hotel with a garden which was available to guests. Staff were helpful and friendly and hotel was a short walk to the sights (15 mins). Really comfly bed and great breakfast.

My stay was wonderful. Rooms large and very clean . Nice bathroom. Fantastic breakfast. Great staff.
Pros:

The location was short walks to all shopping and museums. Fantastic restaurants. Staff was excellent. There is no elevator but the staff takes your luggage to your room. Breakfast was plentiful with many choices. Rooms were spotless and large.

Nicht billig, aber dennoch empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Ausgesprochen gute Lage. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im hinteren Bereich des Hotels, direkt im Garten. Das war sehr schön, weil es sehr ruhig und grün war. Sehr stilvoller Frühstücksraum. Sehr hilfsbereites Personal an der Rezeption.

A charming hotel, wonderful staff!
Pros:

The staff was extremely kind and willing to help us get anything we needed. Breakfast was very nice. The historic villa was pretty. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

Cons:

There is no elevator. When I asked about moving luggage, that was probably a signal to put us on the ground floor. I suspect the upstairs rooms are nicer, but there was no opportunity to check. Our room was pretty small with little storage space, there were no shelves or counter space in the bathroom, but we asked for and were given a stool, which helped. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the historic center, but I knew that, and it was not a problem.

Gutes Hotel sehr zentrumsnah, doch sehr lauter Lärm der Motorroller bis spät in die Nacht
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt 15 Gehminuten vom DOM entfernt und das Hotel hat einen eigenen Parkplatz für die Gäste. Das ist sehr praktisch für die Erkundung der Stadt.

Cons:

Unsere Zimmer waren gegen die Strasse gerichtet. Die Fenster sind sehr schlecht isoliert, so dass wir bis ca 02:30 Uhr kein Auge zugetan haben wegen Lärm der Roller und Motorräder. Sehr ärgerlich!

Pros:

Établissement charmant avec un jardin et des terrasses sur plusieurs niveaux (en forme coline, escargot) un frigo avec des boissons propose à l'entrée de la chambre avec des prix très raisonnables. Nôtres hébergement pour 3 était spacieux et agréable. Le petit déjeuner bien garnit avec des pâtisseries artisanales et fraîches, fruits frais et l'équipe très chaleureuse et souriante. Bonne localisation, le centre ville de Florence accessible à 15 min à pieds.

Cons:

Le pommeau de douche ne fonctionnait pas et malgré notre signalement il n'a pas été remplacé ou réparé. La fenêtre de la salle de bain ne se fermait pas et était accessible depuis le jardin.
La chambre étant au rez de jardin était très humide et sentit l'humidité quand on rentrait. Des traces de moisissure visibles dans la salle de bain.

Pros:

Ontzettend vriendelijke personeel. Wij zijn hartelijk ontvangen. Parkeren was geen probleem. Ontbijt was top. 15 minuten lopen van alle bezienswaardigheden.
De kamer was prachtig.
Wij vroegen aan de receptie of zij goede restaurants wisten. Ze hadden er 2 aanbevolen en die waren echt fantastisch.
