Das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert, aber für Prag auch teuer!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut! Die Service Dame wirklich nett und hilfsbereit! Die Atmosphäre in dem urigen „Frühstücksgewölbe“ sehr besonders!

Cons:

Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Prag
Pros:

Die Lage ist optimal, Karlsbrücke und Prager Burg sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Straßenbahn und U-Bahn ebenfalls in der Nähe. Hervorzuheben ist der herzliche Empfang an der Rezeption und die nette Betreuung beim Frühstück. Uns hat die Ruhe in den Abendstunden Richtung Innenhof sehr gut gefallen.

Cons:

Frühstück in einem Gewölbekeller ist Geschmackssache.
Es wurden in 4 Tagen nur die Handtücher gewechselt, jedoch nicht der Boden gereinigt.
Die Unterkunft ist nicht barrierefrei, sollte man wissen. Der nette Empfangschef hat aber dafür gesorgt, dass unsere Koffer hoch getragen wurden.

Pros:

Absolutně skvělý personál! Od welcome drinku, přes nesmírně vstřícnou recepční paní Alenu, která velmi profesionálně a ochotně pomohla vyřešit problém s rezervací přes Booking, přes velmi milou paní u snídaně, která stejně ochotně hledala bezlepkovou alternativu pro mojí snídani přes to, že jsem to zapomněla hlásit dopředu. Určitě přijedu zas.

Excellent hotel in Prague
Pros:

Excellent hotel in Prague, just off the tram and subway lines.
Lovely updated historic building, with modern facilities while respecting the original structure - very architecturally creative and welcoming.
Excellent breakfast in a beautifully updated cellar.
Staff members are all lovely and helpful.

Cons:

Nothing major.
The hotel is off to the side of the larger "three storks" hotel in the main plaza closeby. During certain hours, there's no front desk at the Waldstein, and the reception is centralized at the "Three Storks" - we were not aware so did a bit of back and forth, which with luggage was annoying. The front desk team was very helpful, though, including helping us with said luggage - not an issue in the end, just would suggest very clearly mentioning this when we book (the info might have been there and missed by us...)

Schönes Hotel
Pros:

Schönes Zimmer, das Personal ist freundlich, Frühstück hat eine gute Auswahl. Das Hotel hat ein passwortgeschützes W-Lan.

Cons:

Mein Zimmer Nr. 1 ist gleich bei der Rezeption, d.h. etwas lauter. Man kann die Vorhänge nicht zuziehen. Allergene sind nicht wirklich beim Essen gelistet.

Pros:

Situé dans un très beau quartier, les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie très confortable ( neuve). Les attentions dans la chambre pour nous et notre bébé .

Cons:

La lumière allumée toute la nuit dans le patio qui de fait éclaire la chambre car les rideaux ne sont pas tout à fait occultant.

You won’t be disappointed if you choose this hotel.
Pros:

The hotel was excellent, the staff were very helpful not only giving us complimentary drinks on arrival but also a free upgrade to a suite! You can’t be made more welcome than that. They also gave us great advice and options for our itinerary.

Cons:

We had to go home.

Pros:

Hotel situato in ottima posizione, vicino ai monumenti principali e raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici, anche dall'aeroporto. Molto bello, curato nei dettagli con ambienti puliti e spaziosi. Colazione ricca e varia, con personale di sala cortese. All'arrivo siamo stati accolti dal sig. Giuseppe che, in modo molto professionale, attento e piacevole, ci ha fornito consigli utili durante la permanenza a Praga. Assolutamente da consigliare.
