Car Parking situation and the expectation i had did not align .
When you check in and get a ticket certified asking for the $35.00 rate for the day its for the day.
When you leave on a day trip and return you will expect a parking spot . If you only have 50 spaces you should only certify 50 tickets for that day then advise availability in $25.00 or Free spaces.
So to return at 10.00pm and find the carpark full and having to park on the street 5 blocks away with young children was not what was expected. If i was advised the car park was open slather i would have made other arrangements.

Poor excuse for parking, half taken up by staff, and ‘overflow’ parking is blocks away, badly lit for single female to walk, mouldy showers and no pool towels, and no one answering reception phone calls coming from rooms!! Well overpriced

Cons:

The tables in the restaurant were dirty, the sauna was closed, and there was no parking available.
In the end, I was double charged, was trying to call multiple times, and there was no answer ,I wrote an email, but there was no response. I still haven't received my money back. Very disappointing experience.

Pros:

I liked the size of the rooms , the breakfast buffet was great . The location was excellent .

Cons:

You can't reserve a parking spot on site so you just have to hope you get one , but it cost and extra $35 a night . And if you can't get a spot on site , you have to park in the over flow car park , 3 blocks away and a 10 minute walk to get to and from the hotel and also at a cost of $28 per night .

Great location, proper shower, comfy bed.

Cons:

It’s tired. Tiles need a good deep clean. The bathroom was so small that the basin was not in the bathroom. Very odd layout and not convenient at all (no bin next to toilet). Breakfast is good value but was mayhem. Could have been organised better - the line was insanely long to get a table.

Great location, reception staff need customer service training

Cons:

The staff were quite rude, not communicating with each other and talking to guests with disdain.
Before arriving you get a text advising how to check in. The text asks you to collect pool towels from reception. When we checked in we asked for the towels and were advised they were at the pool towels when we went to the pool there were none. We used the pool phone to call reception, they said they’d be 20mins away and to wait for them to arrive. I advised the staff we would not wait 20mins poolside without getting in. They told me to come to reception to get the towels. When I went to reception they didn’t have any towels and I had to wait there for 10mins to get towels delivered. When we finally got towels and went to the pool, the pool had a load of fresh towels already delivered there. The man delivering towels was very apologetic, kind and friendly. The reception staff were rude and condescending. The cleaning staff were all very pleasant throughout our stay.
