Good location. Good price point. Clean. Quiet.
One morning they forgot my room service so I had to call again but other than that it was fine! Staff also were very apologetic and did not charge me for that morning’s room service :)

Broken shelves and fridge not working. We lost food that we had purchased for it.
The pool, spa and gym were great. Our room was spacious and the bed were comfy.
There was a stain on one of the beds that I didn’t notice until we had settled in.

The Reception Staff were fantastic. Organised a different room to accommodate us with 2 double beds. Room was very clean. Shower was hot and strong pressure. Right near the light rail. The Expresso Martini was amazing!!!

Quality of breakfast buffet was nowhere near the price charged. Hot food was cold and bacon was like rubber. Not many food choices compare to other 4 stars hotel buffet. Room was okay but bit old and doesn’t feel like 4 stars hotel room.

Car parking full. Not enough towels provided. Not enough cups and mugs. Tv pixilated picture, not compatible with firestick. Bathroom smelled of mould. Very run down.
