I wouldn’t come to this place again until it’s renovated
Pros:

The jacuzzi is nice and the location is convenient

Cons:

It is greatly in need of renovations. Everything looks and feels old and worn.

It was ok not very impressive

Location of the property. Parking facility

Cons:

It’s a 4 star property and they don’t have concierge service. Staff not at all cooperative. Carried my luggage in trolly by myself requested for help they don’t have my staff. Same breakfast with no change in any item. Requested from Mr. Bishal 2 poached eggs well done didn’t get it. Day before requested from another staff reminded him 4 to 5 times then received.

Noise whole night from outside and inside of hotel. hotel parking was full. wasted 1 hour to find parking to go to checkin. Room booked was for 2 adults 1 child. bed was for 2 persons only.

Wouldn't stay again
Pros:

Nothing really.

Cons:

Had to cue for everything. Reception lifts up and down. The cue was so long for breakfast we couldn't get any. Had to park a couple of streets down. It was hard to drop the luggage out the front as it was too busy: the pool was closed for 24 hours

Great location but need better front desk staffing and easier use of the gift card.
Pros:

Staff at the restaurant are the best people. They are professional and prompt in responding to your requests. The location is another thing. Close to the city centre and walking distance.

Cons:

I was overcharged for a coffee I bought at the breakfast. It costed me $13.30 for a mug of flat white. I used the accor gift card which is a hassle. It’s hard to know what the balance is unless I get help from the front desk and to redeem it it’s also not so easy. Some staff at the front desk don’t really know how to do it so I had to wait for a staff member who knows how to navigate the system to redeem the gift card. And on Sunday there seemed to be a shortage of front desk staff. There was a long queue for check outs.
