Novotel Canberra offers limited undercover, self-car parking for in-house guests only at $35 per car per day. Due to the limited spaces available, unfortunately parking cannot be reserved or guaranteed. To make your arrival and departure at the hotel easier, there is a drop off area in front of the hotel, where guests can unload luggage with the assistance of luggage trolleys. Alternatively, off-site public parking areas are located close by.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Good location close to the city centre
No onsite parking. Had to park 10 min walk away.
Room was fine, pool was good.
Sauna wasn't working. There wasn't easy nearby carparking. Took ages to check in, not enough staff. There were not many gluten free options at the breakfast buffet.

the first edition restaurant service, food took a long time to come out even kids meals. Had to ask for steak knives, very few options for gluten free and dairy free. Parking was a bit far away, would’ve liked to have been able to reserve hotel parking ahead of time. Breakfast deal offered shortly prior to stay but then not honored on arrival.

Underground car park allowed too many cars in so it was overfull. We spent 45 minutes stuck, unable to leave or park. Also stuck on the way out again. Massive clump of hair in the shower drain, short curly hairs throughout bathroom. Bathroom sink in separate room to bathroom, not user friendly. Room dated.

Our stay was very comfortable, no complaints except some very basic amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste weren’t provided, Sauna was ‘not working’ throughout our 3 day stay.

Offsite parking arrangements, indifferent front desk staff, long wait times to speak to staff, hidden extra fees for 2nd child's breakfast, no USB charging by bedside, no USB C charging anywhere in the room

The room was old. The carpet looks very worn and even had. Large patch replaced. The bathrooms are also very old and dated.
