Nice stay but in need of better organisation.
Pros:

Beautiful spacious rooms

Cons:

1. Had to ask the front desk multiple times for a cot even though it was noted in our booking. When it finally came they didn’t know how to put it up and left it with us. The cot also wasn’t very clean
2. Our telephone in the room was disconnected and even with help from a staff member it would not work.
3. The restaurant guaranteed that they could feed my toddler with multiple food allergies. They thought broccolini, green beans and grilled chicken was appropriate… my poor 1 1/2 year old had to watch the rest of us eat while he just sat there and didn’t eat his

Location and facilities in prime.location

Cons:

Overall staff experience could be improved.
We booked connecting rooms and a cot in advance, but neither request was ready upon arrival. It required staff intervention to fix the rooms and three separate prompts to finally receive the cot. Most disappointing was the cleanliness, as soiled sheets from my sick child were left sitting out in the public hallway until our check-out the following day (staff was notified at the time this happened 10:30pm with the location of sheets)

Good beds, nice pool.

Cons:

Parking is a disaster. We were told to go to the parking garage as there were two spaces left. These turned out to be disabled spaces. Waited half an hour at 9pm on a sunday night after driving back from skiing to finally get it sorted. To her credit the staff member apologised and did her best to get it sorted. Dont rely on getting a park, we were told we may have to park on the street.

Outdated bathrooms still had bathtubs in them. Car parking is a massive issue at this property. It’s hit miss sometimes you pay and they give away your car park and you have to go park somewhere else. It’s a frustrating situation.
