Muy bien
Pros:

La atencion durante el desayunar fue excellent. El desayuno sencillo sin grandes pretensiones pero nada mal. El hotel muy bien Ubicado cerca de train station. Se puede ir Caminando a todas partes.

Cons:

Las habitations sencillas y limpias con todo lo necesario. La tv solo canales Italianos.

online it looks like it’s 2 bedrooms or at least separated areas …. it’s is not !!! it’s one room with 3. bed’s .. very cramped ! staff weren’t friendly! very dry attitudes … location was amzing .. location location location : KEEP IN MIND THERES NO ELEVATOR

Great location, but matresses need replacement. Ok for a 3 star hotel
Pros:

Being right in the canal with a waterfront view was fantastic. The upgrade was extremely appreciated!

Cons:

The room was exceptionally small and difficult with 2 people and luggage. No elevator was also a concern when checking out. The beds need replacing as you could feel each spring in the beds.

Pros:

Excellent central location...Right next to Rialto bridge
Frendly and helpful staff.
Old world charm.

Cons:

Rooms very poorly insulated from sound. In the first room we were given, it seemed we could hear the sound of water rushing every time someone somewhere in the building opened a tap/flushed a toilet...as if it was in our room.. The next night staff kindly found us another room which was better from plumbing perspective, but we could hear neighbouring room baby crying and room above partying. So 2 sleepless nights out of 4. But perhaps that is inevitable in old buildings.

By contrast, it was not noisy from street which was a pleasant surprise given central location.
Breakfast : very little in the way of fresh produce [but good on cakes/pastries]

l’unica cosa che abbiamo apprezzato è la posizione dell’Hotel

Purtroppo il soggiorno non è andato come speravamo: per cominciare abbiamo avuto una pessima accoglienza del personale della Reception (sembrava desse fastidio il nostro arrivo) , inoltre ci hanno collocato al 3’ piano di un Hotel con scale strette (avevamo un bambino piccolo segnalato nella prenotazione) e senza ASCENSORE.
Nei giorni successivi abbiamo anche trovato una persona in Reception che NON PARLAVA ITALIANO ( un Hotel in Italia dove lo staff in Reception non parla Italiano???) e che non comprendeva le nostre domande…non ultimo ci siamo dovuti gestire noi il deposito dei bagagli il giorno della partenza collocando le valigie in un locale alto 1 metro (sembrava la scena del cartone Alice nel Paese delle Meraviglie ) vicino alla reception (abbassandoci noi per entrare) senza nessun aiuto da parte del signore alla Reception che ci guardava senza il minimo aiuto… insomma, per il costo pagato l’hotel e il sevizio non siamo stati minimamente soddisfatti, ci dispiace molto che sia andata così

Un hotel que necesita una reforma.
Pros:

Ubicación excelente pero es un hotel obsoleto.

Cons:

Deberían cambiar y mejorar las instalaciones. Sobre todo los colchones que están fatal. Personal muy antipático y sobre todo accesibilidad complicada si viajas con carrito. Todo es por escaleras.

Pros:

Great location. Mom with 3 kids under 12. Easy to get from train station walking with backpacks. Could walk anywhere, 10-15 min walk to St Marks square. Gondola station right outside hotel. Rialto bridge is right there. To get to vce airport, to get back to USA, we took the water bus. Leaves every 1/2 hour, right across the river, just cross over Rialto bridge. Very easy. So location was perfect, breakfast was fine.

Cons:

Didn't love the pillow, but it was what it was. We didn't talk to staff or anything. Wasn't that bad. Just didn't love them.

Pros:

Ubicació, esmorzar correcte però res especial

Cons:

El personal mal educat, no ens deien ni hola a l'entrar.
No correspon educació ni saber fer del personal amb imatge que vol projectar hotel.
És un hotel vell i les fotos de booking no corresponen amb la realitat.
