Very nice staff for the most part!
Pros:

The location was the best part of the property. The staff are very helpful and carried our bags up four flights of stairs, as there is no elevator.

The hotel is old and very much need of repairs.

Great location for a brief one night before heading home.
Pros:

Breakfast in the morning was wonderful! It's a nice perk to have a bite to eat and not have to leave the hotel!

Cons:

I understand the hotel is an older building so elevators are not an option. The rooms are compact and clean. I didn't see any wash cloths in the bathroom so used a hand towel to wash my face. Maybe that's normal?
