Pros:

First appearance the place looks great nice and cozy.
Then you get to your room and the room looks clean on the surface but the carpets are worn and disgustingly dirty! There is build up in the corners of the bathroom. Breakfast in the morning was fake eggs and over cooked sausages; there were lots of fresh cold options available.
The satellite TV did work, when I tried calling the desk nobody answered so I went to the desk and was told it had been like that for a couple of days. When checking out in the morning the kitchen staff had to find the front desk person for the line up of people waiting.
When I complained I was given a 15% discount but would never stay there again!

Reasonably good value for money but unfortunately breakfast lets the hotel down
Pros:

The room while somewhat dated was more than adequate and satisfactory.

Cons:

The A/C temperature was difficult to control.
Bed was too firm but we acknowledge this is very much a personal choice.
Breakfast was disappointing. Choices were limited. Especially for guests with dietary conditions such as intolerances to gluten and lactose.

Will not stay again.
Cons:

The carpet in the rooms was absolutely disgusting and dirty. The sofa and chairs had large very visible soiled areas. In the breakfast room the chairs were bad soiled and some coverings were even torn. We did move to a room that had new carpeting after we complained about the condition of the room. It has potential to be a decent place but it has not been maintained

Convenient!
Pros:

Breakfast was a great way to begin the day. Choice of cereals, including hot porridge. As well as toast, bagels, muffins and waffles. Also could have juice, tea and coffee. Service from breakfast staff was excellent.

Cons:

Be mindful of being charged twice. Can take another 30 days for your money to be refunded but it eventually is reimbursed.

Cons:

El lugar del desayuno era muy pequeño para la cantidad de huéspedes y lo grande del hotel. Las camareras reponían constantemente los alimento que eran correctos.

I'll have to think about staying there again
Pros:

The breakfast room and it's staff where fantastic and so was the food . The young lady in charged even tried to find food that as a Celiac I could eat.

Cons:

On arrival I felt like they couldn't careless if we where there or not and the bed was old hard and bumpy . We did have a better check out though. { phone didn't work , main tv didn't work }
